The GNamer Posts Appreciation Thread

Once I've rattled through the wee selection of DVDs that I have, I'll be more than up for somebody else taking the reins.

Cappa kicks off this year's appreciated posts with this lil belter. Probably needs context.

Credit to Cappa for the setup, but it's Muss who delivers the killer blow.

Nobody else seen any good posts this year?

I feel I have seen some good ones, which I normally reply post of the year contender then forget about them when it comes to the awards.

Oh not trying to be big headed by saying this but anyone else feel they come up with more funny or creative stuff when they are a bit sleep deprived or is that just me?

I mean, I havent said anything funny on here as long as Ive been sober, so I cant talk

Not appreciating any specific post, but to carry on a theme I've very belatedly realised that Jas is the sixth person and fifth currently active forumite to become SO LONELY, i.e. hit 10,000 posts. The man's been a blinding well of funnies and positivity for almost all of his tenure - I'm not sure any one person sums up the GNamer experience of #bantz and good will better than he does. Yes! I've been up since 2AM already (now 8PM nearly as I write this) and I am ruining my mum's go on Animal Crossing by saying something "hilarious" every time she presses the wrong button

I would do a special post but I honestly don't think I could top all 9999 of my other posts.

Oddly this reminds me that years ago I had a Pennywise the clown account on twitter that I'd use when I was tired/bored to wind up folk who are scared of clowns.

Most took it alright plus there was some excellent back & forth but some of the reactions were hilarious!

Now that likes have been cruelly culled by the people, we're forced into more primitive methods of post appreciation. I would like to appreciate this profound post from The Lilly and this less profound post from The Cappa.

My sense of humour has basically been moulded by Terry Pratchett and Blackadder, so I love a daft analogy. This post is gold. ('Cocaine-filled sticks' is clever and correct as well.)

Thanks Balla. I wanted to commend everyone in the music thread - it's great to see everybody listening to each other's recommendations. I'm rediscovering some gems and finding new bangers too. Another reason this forum is so fun
