As I've said before how my pay works out I will be picking up Until Dawn from August with Devils Third (want to see reviews) & Gears of War Ultimate Edition still being maybes from then but going into the start of this month.
Well there's the big one in Phantom Pain which has already been paid for, Mad Max looks good but coming out the same day as MGS seems like Warner has sent it to die but it could be this years Shadow of Mordor that if anyone does pick up be very interested on what it is like.
Only other game I've got on order from the first half of September is Tearaway Unfolded, there's a few good looking games that I would play like LBX & Etrian but neither I would rush out and get over Super Mario Maker which is a maybe. Jas might be shocked like he was with Balla but I'm not the most creative & I'm not really a fan of 2D Marios that if I get at launch, I feel like I'm picking it up just because it's a big Wii U game and no other real reason. Taken King actually looks good but still seems expensive for a expansion and I've not played the two previous bits of content that I can't be bothered to pick Taken King up.
Then I get paid again a week before EGX which is great but looking what's in the second half it's sports heavy and I'm likely just to get FIFA 16 out all of the games, even though LEGO dimensions at the end of the month looks great but £$€ if the reason I'm not touching that.

I'll probably acquire SMM, after all of the stuff stuffed into it that I've seen.

I'll definitely have SMM and TPP by the end of the month, but what with it being my birthday I'm probably going to force myself not to buy either of them, and hope for presents.

I thought you would have already preordered Phantom Pain as it's METAL GEAR!

I'm fighting the urge but my birthday is 10 days later and my family always get annoyed at me buying everything myself and not leaving anything open as a potential present

Phantom Pain and dependent on reviews Mad Max for me, probably Danganronpa as well. I'll pick up Tearaway when it's cheap. Mario Maker I would pick up when it's cheap but it won't ever be so maybe Christmas or my birthday next year

I'm sniffing around Hatsune Miku (off to download the demo when I've finished up on here), a total definite to Super Mario Maker, and a fear of LEGO Dimensions - there are so many of my favourite franchises signed up to it! I should be saving money for the wedding, though...

If you've any intentions of saving money, Lego Dimensions is a pit you don't wanna fall down!

(You weren't actually supposed to use that as the tagline!)
For now, just Mario Maker. I'll retroactively get the FIFAs at the start of November.

Why November for FIFA and No MGSV?

I can't justify buying a new console yet - there's a few important things I need to spend money on first, so PS4 in November.
And I... don't actually like Metal Gear

You do know FIFA's on last gen right, but reading your PC issues buying a PS4 in November might a cheaper option then sorting out a graphics card.
May I ask why on MGS as Andy for instance and even Jay have said that controls have been a issue in the older ones, where Ground Zeroes brought a more modern control scheme to the series and some of the reviews I've read of Phantom Pain (and I've read like 10) that's it not only the best MGS but could be the best action game ever.
I am setting myself up to be posting in Jays thread, he made today.

For the record, Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX is not for me. The gameplay is totally based on my least favourite stages from Theatrhythm (the Event ones). Saving money a-go-go!

Is it touch controls as well? I've enjoyed the PS HAtsune Miku games but a big help of that was pressing buttons.
Jimbob I'd definitely recommend checking out this video if you can spare the time. The only Metal Gear game I've really enjoyed (excluding GZ) is Peace Walker and that was down to the multiplayer more than anything. The story also seems a lot lighter this time so not being into the story doesn't sound like it will matter thankfully.

There is a button mode (that I haven't checked out yet), you're right. Maybe that will help. Well reminded!

Add the R.O.B amiibo to my list which I've just pre-ordered on the Nintendo store along with Duck Hunt duo and Mr G&W.

See, this, this right here is why I rant about the calender of releases so much. How am I supposed to be able to afford four or more games and keep my other hobbies in line and save up for a Wii U? It's impossible. Especially when gaming is the cheapest of my hobbies.
Ahem. I'll be picking up Danganronpa to nobodies surprise, Etrian Mystery Dungeon, and Blazblue Chronophantasma Extend. God knows where the money will come from for them though, I was hoping to finally buy a Wii U next month but I suppose I could delay that yet again and solve the problem.

Sorry Andy, I've only just got round to watching that.
I've got to admit, watching the actual gameplay - and the wide variety of it - it is a lot more tempting; there are definitely so many layers of things going on there. The thing I've always had trouble with, with MGS, which isn't in that video, is all the story nonsense. Every time someone tells me what a genius Kojima is in terms of his narrative, I tend to . Can the former outweigh the latter? I'm not saying you haven't swayed me a little...

From what I've heard about MGSV yes it's more gameplay then story which has long time fans of MGS have gone to as story has always been the appeal of MGS to me as Kojima is genius and due to that even though I suck at stealth, I've finished 5 of the main games.
