Yeah I'm in no rush but I don't to go book holiday, sort out a hotel and plane trip and they we turn around and go well it's only X peopel going let's go so and so instead.

From the Doodle, looks almost certain that Cappa (if he is indeed FYMW) will miss out. No other weekend days work for you, Cap?

I didn't realise that July was an option too. June isn't likely at all, July would be much more doable. I'll not know for sure for a long time though.

I should be free during any time in the months mentioned, I just need a confirmed date so I can keep money by for it.

Everyone! Can we set a deadline for contributions to the Doodle? Folk will be keen to get the weekend booked off... can we set January 31st as the deadline?

I like the sound of that. The longer we leave it, the greater the chance the answers I've given will stop being true because someone else on my department books the date.

I'm booking holiday and how I've done it I've got weekend odd before & after E3 week also got the whole year planned out that I know which weekends I'm off anyway.

This just doesn't lookly likely to happen for me, though the PLAY Expo is coming to Glasgow a fortnight before, and I could do that no bother.

What about one of the Play Expo's like Blackpool in late April - early May also is that just changing everything to much.
