All I got from that OP is that Balladeer does not like Nintendo at all, and covertly thinks that Sonic Adventure 2 is a better game that Super Mario Galaxy.

Man, I still feel sad whenever I see that Microprose logo. Them and Psygnosis were quite a big part of my childhood gaming.

A Google search suggests that most of Midway's IP's were bought by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Maybe they should go into the pot instead?

Hope we're going to start this soon! One question: are we assuming that we need to carry the company on a course that makes it profitable, or do we have theoretically infinite (so long as it's reasonable) budget and time available, or somewhere in between? I'd assume more of the latter, because not all of us have economics/business management experience.

Whoever I get, I will try to come up with a good business plan. The only non-Maths subject I've ever taught (for a year-long course, that is - I've done a tiny number of French conversation classes) was a close cousin of Business Studies, so I am a total expert.
