I think the following episode gives enough context that we probably don't need to hear the saltiness anyway. I should say I enjoyed the cold open in the latest patreon episode, don't know if it was on purpose or it was just because it was too good not to include but I liked it.

Listened to the Mash that just went up, which was good, hope to hear more when you've done a bit more of the game.

What the hell was GGS Episode 14? 15 was good as Metal Gear round.

Now I'm coming around to the idea it would have been funnier to just let the mind play out for 30 minutes and leave all the listeners to deal with the "what was that?".

I mean we listened to the pizza round so I'm sure we could take it.

I actually think the pizza round was great, only let down by two of the three trolls having insanely bare pizzas.

Oh yeah I loved the pizza round, it was one of those though like Andy's "guess what's in my room" round and your octopus round which shouldn't have worked but you guys made it enjoyable.

Yeah, we're class acts mate.

I called my customers a lot worse than that when I worked in a supermarket!

Got round to the second episode with the Pokken, Mario Kart and F-Zero tests and the sub-Reddit quiz. It reminded me how much I enjoyed the first one – saying the same things here, it definitely tells that youse enjoy yourselves and have a laugh with it. Looking forward to getting round to Episode 3 in 2023.

Aye, we definitely have a laugh - even when the actual quiz itself goes off the rails, we're still having a good time and I'm glad that comes across in listening back to it.

I listened to your Christmas show, I enjoyed it like the other ones I’ve heard. Andyman saying that he’s “got better things to do” than to play Hogs of War is a NASTY piece of business though.

I’d seen the podcast’s Game of the Year list retweeted earlier on, I’ll give that a listen at some point too (even if it is suspiciously Shredder's Revenge-less).

So myself, Jay and Jas noticed that we would run out of Monhan monsters right before a certain big game would release. In a wholesale rip-off of Bonfireside Chat, we've begun Hyrule Field Report.

I think this has the potential to actually attract some listeners, so we'd really appreciate a little boost.

. . . AND if you feel like guesting on it, that could probably be arranged. We have a couple of episodes about the Great Sky Island to get through and by then we'll have some idea of how we're gonna structure the rest of the series. I'll make a big google document and people can basically volunteer themselves for the areas they wanna talk about. We may also  do some specials, like comparing TotK to previous sequels in the series, comparing BotW and TotK with Elden Ring, maybe even getting Mas and Andy on for the BotW haters special.

I'm yet to give a listen, but at 45mins is ideal compared some podcasts.

Always happy to come on and give views, as been talking to EofGiz and Balla (mostly as no one else chimed in) on my views of Tears.

Spoiler: Mas loves it now and he wants all Zelda games to be like this going forwards.

I do want to give this a go, but I don't know if I want to give it a go before I'm a decent way into the game.  It's so easy even to accidentally spoiler wonderful little bits of the game!

The first episode was pre-release, and you know how I was with spoilers, and the second is just first impressions with a lot of gingerly stepping around saying anything spoilery (I'd only played about 4 hours!).
After that, we're gonna be going through the game with a fine toothed comb and with a desire to not spoil later sections, so I think you'll be safe.
