Not to be a party pooper, but won't we have MHXX then (I don't know when the japanese shop updates, but I'd guess it'd go live at Japanese midnight)?

Obviously I'm up for this after the few fights I had with Luke Buskadrunkalillyman 3000 today but it'll really depend on how many folk we get to join in so I really hope this doesn't fall by the wayside like other planned GNamer game nights as the game really is a belter!

Can't do Thursday at all, sadly, but

I hope youse manage it. It's a little bit disappointing when these things don't happen, because they've always been good fun. I don't know why folk weren't up for more games of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon 2 when they first came out, because it's not like we had a shite time of it when we were playing Mario Kart Wii or Smash Bros Wii U or anything.

Ahh that's a shame you can't make Thursday so maybe we should push it to Sunday evening? That was the usual day for MK wii etc wasn't it - I'm also still up for games of Spla2n & MK8 so all anyone has to do is give me a shout on here or on twitter.

@mas - You've got your days mixed up there as MHXX is out on the 25th so a midnight launch would be Thursday afternoon for us which is why Andy was saying this would clash.

I was thinking it be the same time as the demo, which was Wednesday wasn't it for us but would have been midnight Thursday for a Japan?

Well, they are basically a day ahead of us timezone wise.

I can't really do weekends, pretty much for the foreseeable future. Working in a restaurant, innit.

Even if we are on the Monster Hunter on Thursday evening, I'm happy to stop for a couple of hours and play ARMS with my friends. I just want to get a session in! I'd love to do more Mario Kart and Spla2n as well, but let's concentrate on this one for now . . .

The demo was out on the Thursday in Japan though, whereas the game is out on the Friday there, which will be midday Thursday here.

I'm a weekend struggler too but I've been so keen to get some online ARMS in that I will be involved in ARMSageddon whatever happens.

I'll be working as always till late on Thursday, so I won't manage then sadly. I'd be keen for a session of some ARMS or anything really.

So what days are people free then? Hopefully we can find one that suits the majority of us that want to play.

Right, I've created one of those calendar thingies. Let me know what evenings you can play a couple of hours of ARMS. I've not got a rota for next week yet, so haven't put myself down beyond tomorrow.
