| Look what I've got, I went into town which only has a small Indy game-shop and what did they have out Pokemon X & Y ohh and the 2DS. I normally don't go to my town as the Indy shop is pretty rubbish and the town 10 miles up the road has a GAME, Big Indy Shop, CEX, CashConvertors and 2 more. But had to post a parcel so was convenient to pop into my town and happy I did. I picked up X as that's the one I have preordered in GAME and will still get Y in Indy store that I have it preordered in. Only thing now is X will become my many Pokemon not Y. Ohh also had a play with the 2DS seems really well built and comfy, I did ask if they would do a deal if I bought one with Pokemon but they wouldn't.

| I have a sudden feeling of hatred towards you, Mas, the reason for which I cannot explain.
Oh wait. It's jealousy. There, explained. |

| Fannies. My local shop started selling it today but I had work so I need to go in at 9:30 tomorrow morning. I'm stupidly excited all of a sudden.
P.S I hate you all. |

| I've decided to name Pokémon I like less after CVG trolls. Like that really hideous one on route 2. You know the one.
EDIT: TUTORIAL AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH SOOOOOOOOOD OOOOOOOOFFFFFFFF. At least I can leave it to run this time. |

| Even if the tutorial was optional, I'd do it. Part of the new Pokémon game tradition! |

| Are they at least a bit more nudge nudge wink wink about the tutorial this time round? They must know that the majority of folk buying this Pokemon game have played one before. |

| Nope. "Hey, let this person show you how to catch Pokémon!" Out of my team so far, I'm most surprised by Tablina. He (embarrassingly) is really pulling his tiny weight! Rum Rapture, on the other hand, is rubbish, even withstanding the level discrepancy. - Post-Santalune spoiler:
Tablina's a Fletchling (a bird? Gettit?), and Rum's a Flabébé. I also have Stu, a Litleo named Phillips, and a Vivillion named... awesomedude. And she is, indeed, awesome.

| Pahaha, just you wait, I'm sure I'll be worth using eventually.
I hate those of you that have it, though. While it's awesome to be going on holiday, I just hope I manage to successfully download Y over crappy hostel wi-fi on Saturday. If only I'd ordered with Tesco... |

The tutorial bit is maybe the shortest I've had even in a Pokemon game, honestly, the only thing they really stop to explain is the whole catching Pokemon thing, and it's hardly step by step, just "oh yeah reminder that with, Pokemon you gotta weaken then capture them k? cool" with obligatory example catch. After that all your mates do is mention a few things here and there but let you get on with it. There's a trainers school in the third town if you really do want to swot up, but otherwise your free to go about catching. They don't even set tutorials for Pokemon amie other than a simple little tutorial in the minigames you play for pokepuffs, and Super Training is pretty easy to pick up. |

| One thing i am interested to see is if Aus will actually release it at midnight like they claim or will it not be out until it is Midnight UK time, in which all I'd have to do is wait until 1am and download one on my Jap 3DS |

| I think Balla might be further then me even though I had it since 1pm yesterday didn't started playing to 7 last night, I have 3 Mon at the moment Froakie who's now evolved, Charmander and Riolu. Not seen any other mon's I like the look of as I don't no what the final forms for all the ones. And I've done one GYM. |

| Nope, you're further than I am. I have Charmander, but I'm trying to make a team of all-new Pokémon, so she went straight in the box (and was called Kyranitar, seeing as she'll never be seen again). |

| Yay! Finally. Well, that's how I'm spending my week off work! You know a game's special when there are two layers of cellophane to savour removing. I'll just open my cards, then I'm booting up the game. |

Well, its prevolution anyway. Also got a Pancham called Fronkhead, for racist reasons. Oh, and I just met a Youngster on route 5 who made a certain comment. If you've met him, you'll know the one I mean.

I'm just on route 5 now so I'll keep my eye out. Got a little goat but he's in the pc. My squad consists of a Fenneken called Melisandre, a Pikachu called Smudge, a Pancham called Citizen Pain, a Blastoise called Admiral, whatever-the-little-robin-is-called named Ace and a big black butterfly called The Night. Guess which two will be first to go when something better comes along...

| Let's say that tomorrow morning is spoiler-free! That's the release date, after all. Although please use common sense: only talk about what you've seen in-game, and if you can start you posts with where you are, that'll help. |
