My Thoughts: Not a great month, but I do have my eye on Captain Toad and Octopath also Mario Tennis & Ys VIII which are both late June games fall into this months pay that I may get Mario Tennis over Toad being a wholly new game. Sam sort of thing with Ys as it's a JRPG and Octopath is likely going to be better I'm getting that plus I get Ys cheap on PS4.

I'm all about those Off The Hook amiibo!
I'll end up getting hold of Banner Saga and Pocket Rumble on Switch soon enough, and I'm sure I'll pick up Octopath and Mario Tennis eventually.
Who else forgot that wario ware collection was a thing?

Quite interested in seeing how that Red faction remaster turns out & I'll be getting Pocket rumble as well.

It's on 3ds mate, everyone did.
Nah, I actually got reminded of it when playing R6 Siege with dusty recently & it has Warioware twisted minigames on it so everyone should get it.

Octopath day one, Owlboy as I've been waiting for the physical release, and I'm tempted by Captain Toad too but that's all on the same day!
Probably going to pick up Warioware while I can and Go Vacation has me weirdly interested.
I'm also quite keen to play Red Faction Guerrilla again but I'm not convinced the remaster brings anything worth having over the original.

Just Octopath out of the games, but I'm not complaining! I mean, I am, but that's what I do in my free time...
Otherwise, that 'GNamer Meet' thing sounds pretty fun.

Two months of zilch in a row. As per usual I'm fine with that, plenty of other things call out to me and my resources.

You know if you had a Switch you'd be all over Octopath Athrun... As it is I bet the discussion thread's as bare as Drunka's Twitter.

I've preordered it Balla, so I'll be all over that. I need to give the prologue demo a go to decide who I want to start with - I mentioned over on GRcade that whoever I choose first will feel like the protagonist to me so I need to choose carefully.

I'll probably be picking up Fire Emblem or Hyrule Warriors first, I can only really game in short bursts until I'm happy with my dissertation. JRPGs are normally the sorts of games I have to spend a good few hours at a time on because I want to feel like I've made progress, whereas a warriors game will satiate me after a few rounds. I'm really looking forward to being able to sink a bunch of time into some games though, and Octopath looks class!

Octopath is very possible if I decide to get rid of Mario Tennis, other than that I'll go for Runbow in the hope there'll be some multiplayer sessions.

I've already got it Smurf, so there's one out of a handful that we need.

...having said that, and having looked at the August retail games releases, I've now asked for it as a birthday present. Me and my big stupid mouth.

Wouldn't it be better asking for one of the many August games for your birthday and getting Octo in July not August.

I'm sort of in between you and someone like Muss when it comes to Monster Hunter, anyway I've got a draft for the games of August and that is like the only game for Switch and the other consoles aren't great either (well it does have what could be Andy's GOTY and a remaster I'm buying twice) but September looks like it will have like 100 games coming out, that saving our money might be a wise choice.
If you have name ideas you can get them in now but I was thinking something like You Won't Need a Predatory Loan This Month.
