I can't remember which Animaniacs contributor who he was interviewing, but he stated that the innuendos slipped through the censorship net because they'd write something much more blatantly unacceptable into the proof that would get cut, drawing attention away from all of the ones that made it into the show.

This is great - a man sits down with a historian who specialises in piracy and plays Assassin's Creed IV. Really interesting stuff, and more to come apparently!
