| Yes... but I'm currently stuck on the giant Scaven boss thing. It just drains my health too fast; or rather, its irritatingly durable minions do. Any tips, Dusty? (And yes I did turn the brightness up, but so far I've only seen the Terrace under the new lighting.) |

| Well, I couldn't find a copy anywhere in town, so I went and did the unthinkable. I downloaded it from the eShop. |

£39.99 (extortionate) I don't actually know if its downloaded yet; to commemorate the occasion, I also picked up an 8gb SD card and so I've simultaneously redownloaded loads of other stuff and its all on sleep download as we speak. |

You mean the enemy in The Terrace, right? That's a nightmare, managed to struggle past it last night. Can't really offer any tips because I couldn't identify any weakness in it, just avoid taking damage is the best advice. When the minions were around, I used the attack which lifts enemies in to the air (B + Y) to dispatch of them. Avoid the white exploding seed things by jumping before they explode, or trying to whip them back towards the enemy (which I managed to do once or twice). Avoid the tail whip. Avoid the dash attack it does on the second phase by using the invisibility dodge thing (I don't know the official name of it). Also be prepared for the button bashing segments. Apart from that, just keep whipping it and dodging it, it's a really tough enemy to beat, you'll work it out in the end. |

| Real pain it is. Luckily you can do it in stages, and your health gets replenished when you die, would love to know if anyone did it in one go, I certainly couldn't manage it. |

| I just started playing today, but I'm finding it to be great fun. Nothing like anything else on 3DS. |

| I do still want this, but I'm being unusually stubborn and holding out for £5 chipping away from the asking price. |

| Hmm...not sure wether to start this yet or stick with LM2, I can see this being lengthier than the green wonders game. |

| So, after a few careful trade-ins, Castlevania: Mirror Of Fate: Tired Of Subtitle-Related Jokes is mine! I'll put my two penn'orth in - late, as per! - when I've got more to say than "I have it". |

| LM2 is probably over this weekend. Then it's back to beating up Ratty. Mole and Badger will be gutted. |

| I know we're all excited about our new games, but I'm aware that Dusty has this and that ZJ has taken a pop recently. And now I'm back on it too. How are people faring?
I've just killed the Reaver. Woohoo! And I only died twice while doing so. Er... woohoo? (Cocked up the QTE at the end first time: very glad it didn't kill me as a result.) Also, I'm on 6/7 in the Abandoned Mine area, having got the wolf power, and I think there's something up near the flames at the end. Should I have got it by now? |

| Just mastered the game (minus experience) and have clocked in everything just slightly over 12 hours on Normal.
It actually isn't bad, and the story arcs really do explain what the hell happened to the three characters from previous iterations of the series, and due to the fact that spoilers are a huge shock, I'm refusing to say... just complete it and find out... although try it since middle of the road reviews and meh word of mouth. |

| I think it deserves better than "middle-of-the-road" reviews. Although, that said, I'm not sure that the exploration's all that. Although collecting upgrades is fun, with Metroid, say, there was the promise of a beautiful new environment to explore. MoF just has more gloomy rooms with ominous music, that all look largely the same.
I am enjoying this, although it's something I need to take frequent breaks from and returns to. Just got the pully-downy-doors-thing as Trevor, which is a pretty poor excuse for an upgrade if I'm honest. |

| I wish this game would drop in price a bit. I've committed myself to holding on until it does so, for now.
At least I've still got a handful of levels in Luigi's Mansion 2 left to complete. |

| I cracked and bought this, finally. I've been storming through 3DS games at a frightening speed of late, so it seemed like the right time. |

| I might actually finish this in Scotland. Thing is, whenever I come across a large room (8 question marks on the map) I think, "right, time to put this off for later". |

| Generally, whenever you enter/exit a room. I think there are cut-scenes when it saves for you though: for example, when you deposit one of the spheres. Basically, whenever that cross icon appears. |

| It's going to be a bit of an adjustment going from level-based structure to open-world structure for the purposes of lunchtime gaming sessions. Once I've finished Kid Icarus: Uprising I'll be pulling the cellophane off. |
