| GNamer: 'Thank goodness we struggled through GJones' monster, hopefully the next one will be a nice easy break.' Buska: I think this is Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Who's picture 2 and why is Millbob a 'Sympho'? (Again, the Subaru sent me in the wrong direction - I assumed it was a replacement for 'super'.) |

| Yep!
That's Bob Odenkirk, who plays Saul in Better Call Saul.
Miller is a Simon, close enough to a Symphon. |

Buska/Balla:
Fixed. I dragged this grinding to a halt huh? Truth be told, I saw GJones and Buska doing their 'more imaginative' difficult ones and wanted to stick my oar in, which probably wasn't terribly fair on everybody else. I will edit this post with a new clue every day from now to Friday - hopefully somebody'll get it by then! - Clue 1:
When I think a picture's too obscure or use a celebrity that I'd never/barely heard of, I make sure that picture has a hint in its url. I've done that with one here.
- Clue 2:
Picture 3 in retrospect is the furthest phonetically away from its original word and the one I'm least happy with. It's not quite 'Simon/Sympho', but it takes some liberties. Maybe start somewhere else when trying to figure it out.
- Clue 3:
Each picture is a single word apart from picture 2, for which you might want to dig out GCSE biology.
- Clue 4:
Each picture is two syllables apart from picture 4.
- Clue 5:
Picture 1 is the most important one. Who are these people? What are they doing? What's that called? Once you've got that, you've got the franchise and from there it should be easy.
There's all five clues. If you can't get it from them I'll give up and do another easier one and be forever ashamed. |

| I think it's Shantae and the Pirate's Curse (Shanty Anther Parrots Curs). But would not have gotten that without all 5 clues... I did not know there was a dog breed called a cur. |

| I didn't either, although I knew that dogs being curs was a thing ('mangy cur' etc.). That's why I kept 'curs' in the url, which admittedly doesn't help at all if you're browsing on mobile...
Well done Rum! (wipes sweat from brow) |

| That was a hard one! But I suppose it's difficult to know how obvious some of the pictures are to people coming in blind. That said, I don't think this one is too hard... - Put it behind a spoiler tag just because some of the images are big::
May the odds be ever in your favour etc etc |

| A couple of clues as this has stalled a little bit... Although I think Balla is nearly there (or may even have it and is just holding off so someone else can have a go!). - Clue 1:
The game is three words in total.
- Clue 2:
Word 1 = picture 1. Word 2 = pictures 2 & 3. Word 3 = pictures 4, 5 & 6.

| I was stuck on the word Galaxy-In (Galaxian) but it's clearly not that.
Saying that, the "in vader" bit suggests Space Invaders something. Could it be Space Invaders Extreme? (Ex + Tree + Me?) I don't know what the last picture is. |

| Yes! Space Invaders Extreme. The last picture is a shot from the video for the song "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" by Crash Test Dummies, so Ex+Tree+Mmmmmmmmmmmm. |

| It was one letter's worth of sound! I figured if people got "Space Invaders Extree" then they'd probably figure it had to be Extreme somehow. Also, I'm not taking this attitude from Mr Shanty Anther Parrots Curs! |

| Okay, this is too good a thread to let die. While Mr. Jones prepares himself, here's one to tide y'all over: |

| I think I know what this one is, but there's one of the picture where I can't quite work out how it ties in to the rest of the word, even though I know roughly what the syllable should be...! Might leave it for a bit to see if anyone else wants to hop in though. |

| It's Detective Pikachu, but I never quite worked out one of the words. Date-?-Tiff Pika-achoo. Datennantiff? Dathamlettiff? Datprincetiff? |

| Well done Rum! You're going too deep on that second picture: Date-Act-Tiff! I figured that Hamlet's skull moment was the most recognisable piece of acting there is. |
