Mine's is The Binding of Isaac at 98 hours.

If you're counting the pre-Steam days... probably Microprose Grand Prix at several hundred hours (maybe >1000), followed by One Must Fall 2097 and Repton 3. Actually on Steam it's Football Manager 2009 with 127 hours (I know, leave me alone...)

98 hours on Isaac How?! I'm urrently t about 52 hours on Civ but that's set to shoot up over the next few days with the new expansion and the DLC I just got.

I rarely play PC stuff, hopefully that will change from friday. But at the moment it's football manger 2011 at 100+ hr

106 hours in Terraria. Didn't expect that to be my most played Steam game at all, I was sure it was Guild Wars but that only has 80 hours. There's a couple of non-steam games that I might have played more, Minecraft definitely has way more than 106 hours and I spent about a month and a half playing Final Fantasy XI way too much

The product of like 100+ successful runs of the game trying to find one bloody item for the last couple of achievements. Each run takes about 45 minutes so yeah, it ramped up pretty quickly.
2nd most is The Walking Dead at 13 hours, but that's just from me playing through it normally.
