| Had a few N64 games delivered yesterday: Re-Volt, Charlie Blast's Territory and South Park Rally through the post for just over a tenner. I'm quite happy with South Park Rally as I loved it back in the day and finally found it for an acceptable price. I also picked up NBA 2K12 on the PS2 in a charity shop for 99p.

| Wasn't Charlie Blast (from the past) meant to be like a really bad version of Bomberman without the cute aesthetics? |

I'd heard that was the case, but it's one of the few N64 PAL games that I've stll not played, and a CIB copy for just under £4 seemed a decent deal. Re-Volt is another game I've somehow never played. ~ I'm in one of those moods in which I want to get as much N64 stuff as I can, but unfortunately most of the stuff I don't have was rated poorly by N64 Magazine and is expensive. |

| I've got a soft spot for a lot of Acclaim's N64 stuff. Except Iggy's Reckin' Balls. That can get to Falkirk. |

I remember one of the few issues of NOM I bought giving it 90%. |

I remember one of the few issues of NOM I bought giving it 90%. That's no laughing matter to me: I bought it for £30! Lucky for me that this was during the glory days of Electronics Boutique, where they'd let you take back anything for a full refund within ten days of buying it. ~ Picked up another N64 game in Glasgow yesterday: Cruis'n World. I've never played it and definitely haven't seen it in the wild before, so getting a mint copy for a fiver does me nicely. |

| Today I picked up Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. They are my rare first day purchases of games, but they were also at a good price. More of my time eaten up gaming |

| I've done all right this morning: just took delivery of 007 Legends on the Wii U (instant trade-in fodder, as I'm making a profit), and two GBA cartridges: Metroid Zero Mission and SEGA Smash Pack, which were kindly given to me by a member of the Retro Gamer Forum. I've given stuff back, of course.

| I'm getting them from Madman, they've revived the old tradition of doing box sets for some series at the moment and this series along with Haruhi Kenshin and Garden of Sinners are getting limited box set releases. |

| A loaf of bread, a massive box of tea bags and some eggs.
Man, they're not kidding when they call it a doorstop loaf! The slices barely fit in my toaster. |
