Tales will be getting a PS3 version in Japan but with Zestria only doing about 80k on PS3 outside Japan, you can understand why there not bothering |

| Triple Post GDC is coming up soon and like always over 2000 Devs have been asked what platforms there actively developing for PC - 52% (down from 56%) Mobile (iOS and Android) - 44% (down from 50%) PlayStation 4 - 27% (up from 26%) Xbox One - 23% (up from 22%) VR (Oculus, Vive, PS VR, Gear etc) - 16% (up from 7%) Wii U - 5% (down from 6%) 3DS - 2% (down from 3%) I see no VITA and Dev's on the Nintendo front could be waiting on the NX also eSports is the big thing from the surveys. What do you guy's think as it wasn't great last year either are Devs really waiting for the NX. Forgot to bring up Hitman that it's going full episodic and is the first AAA episodic game, which part one is $15 then each episode after that $10 or buy the season pass for $60. I'm looking forward to this slightly more now as it does look good but I've never been a fan of the Hitman series but I may take a punt at $15 for Ep 1. |

| I suspect even NX development is pretty limited. Nintendo are gonna have to prove themselves first before third parties flock to them in any real numbers. |

| It's only February but were talking E3 already with EA a few days ago announcing that they won't be at E3 this year but instead will have two events at the same time.
There will be one in LA at Club Nokia between June 12th-14th and a event at The Mermaid in London on the 12th these events will be similar to Sony's PSX for the fans not just press.
There conference will be 21.00 GMT on Sunday 12th.
Now Bethesda have announced there plans who will also have conference on the Sunday or Monday for us Brits at 3am GMT.
With the actual E3 taking place between June 14th - 16th.

| Bethesda's conference was excellent last year, but I've no idea what they'll fill it with this year. Elder Scrolls VI is a shout - maybe some Fallout 4 DLC news too. |

| We have some info on My Nintendo (I couldn't find a Club Nintendo type thread) this is the info we've got so far
My Nintendo will go live in March in 39 different countries. It seems that there will be two points systems at play; Platinum Points will essentially function like the former Club Nintendo, with goods and games being up for grabs, and Gold Points will act as coupons for the eShop. My Nintendo will initially start with emails, points, coupons, and remote downloads, then will later expand to encompass the friends list, cloud data, and in-store credit. Additionally, you'll be able to redownload digital games from the eShop onto other devices.
Miitomo will launch around the same time but if you pre-sign up you can get some bonus platinum points also Nintendo plan to try and get 100m people signed up to My Nintendo which eventually across Mobile, PC and Nintendo's Platforms guessing NX. |

That for me is the best part of this My Nintendo account news, also when they say "Nintendo platforms" I'm going to assume that means 3ds & wii U as well. |

| Update
Yeah it seems that will be thing you'll just link your NNID to your My Nintendo, a bit like it was with Wii U Premium to earn Gold Points which work in a similar way to that with a bit of Club Nintendo mixed in, it seems a bit of more simplified version of what Nintendo want to do with My Nintendo which maybe limited due to the Wii U & 3DS.
Where Platinum points will be for playing smart device games, accessing the eShop and when meeting other conditions. |

| We like using Metacritic for all those negative user reviews for good games. But what about from "professionals" though who give reviews, how do they effected things well here's the 6th annual publisher scores of 2015 releases which is split into two categories large publishers (14 or more games) & mid-size (6-13 games). Large Publishers Number 1 with 77.1 avg: Second with 74.6 avg: Telltale Games Third with 74.4 avg: Sony, Them and WB are only two publishers to have two great games Fourth with 72.0 avg: Activision Blizzard, released more games then Devolver and the positives ones had a higher score % Fifth with 73.5 avg: Devolver Digital Sixth with 71.7 avg: Nintendo, released the most games out of anyone but only 41% got a positive review, with Wii U avg 71.3 & 3DS avg 71.9 for lasts years No 1 Seventh with 71.9 avg: EA, less positive reviews then Nintendo, sports games avg 73.8 with everything else had a avg of 70.6 Eighth with 69.5 avg: Bandai Namco Last Place with 69.9 avg: Ubisoft, with only 18% of it's games getting a positive review is why there in last place On the mid-size the top 5 is:1. Bethesda Softworks with 77.4 avg, The best publisher in terms of the points system with 298.4 where SEGA had 280.4 points 2. Zen Studios with 78.7 avg, The highest rated publisher out of anyone based on Avg score 3. Capcom with 76.9 avg 4. Microsoft with 78.6 avg, The highest of the first parties & higher avg then last year as well with what looks like over half the games got a positive review 5. Square Enix with 77.3 avg The worst publisher of 2015 Versus Evil with 55.4 avg |

| "Targeting consumers beyond games"? Always slightly worrying to hear. But if it's just increased tat levels, guess I don't mind that much. |

| I would normally post this is the games thread news but I got a few things to say and me and EofGiz will be doing Pod of War III today because of it, as Uncharted 4 has been delayed again which Shawn Layden broke the news that it's gone from late April to mid May.
Now I know your not all bothered about Uncharted 4 or PlayStation, that the game may not matter but anyway when I do the month release list soon as one is done I start on the next one and I got a list of April which as of last night had 16 games on and 9 of them are only coming April at retail on a PlayStation platform. A great moth for PlayStation similar to how March is Super Nintendo Excite Month with all he great coming out and we might be playing in March.
I wrote this bit which I would of posted in the March thread the weekend before April goes up ask for names which may get used as name or even tag-lines like Super Nintendo Excite Month was, as PlayStation had 9 out 16 games I would of gathered the name would have gone for something PlayStation related but now without Uncharted 4 leaves 15 games which 8 are for PlayStation which is still over half but none of them are huge games it's weird Japanese stuff which now some of you may now look at in April and Ratchet & Clank being the big one for PlayStation, which I hope Sony market the hell out of now as that would of been sent out to die so close to Uncharted 4.
I will have to have a rethink closer to when April goes up now on name ideas, on the delay we all know the Shigsy saying and when Neil Druckmann (The Last of Us director) took over from Amy Hennig (Uncharted Trilogy director) they started Uncharted 4 from the start of what ever story Amy was planning to tell. We all know TLoU is great, that I'm very interested on Neil's take with the Uncharted series but with these delays, I'm kinda hoping this is Naughty Dog's best game ever now. |

| I'm more excited for Ratchet and Clank than anything else coming out in April. The fact it's a budget release means I'm even more excited for it. |

| At the moment I'm still little down about April due to the delay but will give me chance to pick up one of these weird Japaneses games maybe alongside R&C which is now been preordered and hopefully pick off some games that I'm yet to finish.
Some more E3 news, Activision will not have any booths at E3 but will have a community event during E3.
TakeTwo have said they will have presence a E3 this year. |
