| Some big Sonic news which can be found in this great article, someone may have wrote
The 2D game looks rad and the guys behind it have pedigree working on Sonic, hopefully like Project it comes to NX as the NX should be out in the first month of Spring. |

| I'm assuming that Mania will be the better of the two but I'm hopeful that they'll both shape up well, Project Sonic looks to follow in the footsteps of Generations which is a very wise move but Mania looks straight out of the Mega Drive days and I'm extremely hype for that. Hopefully they'll bring it to a Nintendo console, quite frankly they owe Nintendo. |

| Can only agree with what's been said so far. It would shock me to my very core if Sonic Mania didn't come out on a Nintendo console of some sort - it looks like a perfect fit. Also, the sign for the NX at the end of the Project Sonic trailer looked so out of place compared to the more stylish/stylised logos of the XBone and PS4. Just the letters 'N' and 'X' next to each other. Nice one, guys - I daresay that logo will be updated in due course, mind. |

| Mania is a Spring game and maybe saying it's coming for the NX gives away the NX date or Mania date in some way. |

| Dev kits might be the reason as the team doing Mania are a small indie team in the west who may have not have a NX but Sonic Team who are also in Japan will likely have a NX Dev Kit.
Some news which pleases me and likely Andy, SEGA want to bring all the Yakuza games to PS4 but they're not sure how at the moment. |

| I guess this goes here! As the tagline suggests, Mario makes an appearance in the Rio closing/Tokyo announcing ceremony. Good stuff, Japan, good stuff.
(Also Pac-Man.) |

| Japan's Olympics are going to be great if that's the tone they're going for. I want a man in a Gyarados costume mauling Tom Daley after he completes a dive. |

A straight-up Pokémon diving contest for me... though we might have to wait a turn. |

| That was awesome - and, as you all say, bodes well for Japan's thoughts on the Olympics (I bet you won't have to give away Paralympics tickets in 4 years' time). Now if only... Nintendo... had some of their characters... in some... sort... of... Olympics... game............................ |

| If it is a NXclusive then I will buy a NX for the game, at the moment that is the only game which is going to make me buy a NX. |

| The rumour does feel pretty likely, I have to say... especially as Nintendo's new method of announcing things seems to be to let it get leaked. |

| Darksiders HD has been delayed again on Wii U this time in the eShop as well as disc, the reason might be for THQ Nordic to work on a PS4 Pro.
Their we have it people a patch for a enhanced console is more important then the Wii U, ohh and The Song of the Seven has been cancelled on Wii U. |

| - PSX Game Leak:
It seems rather likely we will see Marvel Vs. Capcom 4 at PSX with it being based on the MCU meaning no X-Men, Fantastic Four etc also due to it being based on the MCU it's very likely to be a PS4 exclusive due to Spider-Man.
If that is true and with Spider-Man as well being a PS4 only title, it seems if you want Marvel games you need a PS4.

| Triple Combo
Metacritic have just posted their sort of GOTY awards but with Numbers and who doesn't love numbers? Overall GOTY was Uncharted 4 with 93.
The 90+ Club is: 1. Uncharted 4, PS4, 93 2/9. INSIDE, ONE/PS4, 92/91 3. Out of the Park Baseball 17, PC, 92 4/8. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Blood and Wine, PC/PS4, 92/91 5/6/10. Overwatch, PC/ONE/PS4, 91/91/90 7. Forza Horizon 3, ONE, 91 11. Stephen's Sausage Roll, PC, 90 12. NBA 2K17, ONE, 90 13. Kentucky Route Zero - Act IV, PC, 90
For the likes of Overwatch the PC and ONE version scored the same but the PC is higher because it had more reviews also a game must have at least seven reviews from critic to be considered.
For the system it was broken down like this: PS4 - 445 games reviewed with a avg of 69.1, games above 90 Four, exclusives above 75 Thirteen Xbox One - 294 games reviewed with a avg of 69.8, games above 90 Four, exclusives above 75 Three Wii U - 44 games reviewed with a avg of 68.5, games above 90 Zero, exclusives above 75 Four PC - 450 games reviewed with a avg of 70.8, games above 90 Five, exclusives above 75 Forty-Six 3DS - 57 games reviewed with a avg of 71.9, games above 90 Zero, exclusives above 75 Twenty VITA - 46 games reviewed with a avg of 73.1, games above 90 Zero, exclusives above 75 Zero
PS4 avg went down but almost double the amount of games were reviewed for it, exclusives with a 75+ went up though and since launch the PS4 now has 28 games above that.
Xbox One also saw a decline in the avg score but around 100 more games were reviewed this year on the system, exclusives were down from Seven to Three with a 75+ with Fru being the highest one with 84 (Forza Horizon 3 doesn't count because PC) with the Xbox One now having 14 exclusive to the system above 75.
Wii U unlike the PS4 and ONE saw a decline in games reviewed from 80 to 44 which only six were positive out of those 44 but the Wii U does just beat the PS4 on exclusives above 75 with 29 since its launch.
Now some of those games that were exclusive back in 2013 may now be on other systems or coming to other systems like LEGO City Undercover which is one of the 29 positively reviewed exclusive to the Wii U for instance.
The worst game of the year was: Ghostbusters on PS4 with 30 |

| You may have seen yesterday but if not Microsoft have cancelled and cut all ties with Platinum Games over Scalebound.
Talking to EofGiz who is currently in the process of making some games and knows people at game studios, even though this is sad news as now I'm wondering after Halo Wars 2 comes out what is their I want on Xbox.
That from MS point of view when games of this nature don't do well on the system and from rumours needed a lot of money to finish it was never worth doing for them even just as fan-service.
I don't know if anyone can come in and rescue the game and what the nature of the IP is but we do have Nier Automata and Granblue Fantasy Project Re:Link to look forward to on PS4 and hopefully stuff for the Switch. |

| Absolutely gutting. I love Kamiya's games, and along with wanting to play Halo and Gears, Scalebound was a big reason I bought an XBox. After Sunset Overdrive was only okay and Recore didn't set the world on fire, it was the last big new exclusive I was interested in. Now I kinda wish I had a PS4 and could have spent all this time playing Bloodborne, or joining in with the lads on the likes of Destiny, Overwatch and Rocket League.
Don't get me wrong, I've bloody loved getting a chance to catch up on Halo and Gears, and I am glad to own my XBox, but this has been pretty shit news for me. |

| Now with the PS4 like you say their is Bloodborne and the Multi format games we are playing like Overwatch would be great but also got Nier Automata, Granblue Fantasy Project Re:Link both from Platinum, Spider-Man PS4 Exclusive, Death Stranding from Kojima, Horizon Zero Dawn which has Giant Robot Dinosaurs in and I think you like The Last of Us and Part II is coming, all seem to be games you would like plus the countless indies like Everybody's Gone to the Rapture and weird Japanese stuff that could tickle your fancy such as Yakuza if Andy is right about how good they are. |

| Not rubbing it in and how many of those are out, just pointing out that eventually could be worth picking one up for Spider-Man (A must have for you I would think) for instance which is likely a 2018 game.
