| I missed this post, sorry Mas!
DMC3 was good - massive step up from DMC2, natch - but I did feel that it had been overhyped somewhat by the community and was kind of dated to be honest.
DMC4 was ace. Great fun. Still holds up over ten years on from its original release. Easy recommendation.
DMCV will be next up... after Sekiro! |

| Interesting on DMC4 as I remember it just being okay and think others did as well, why we got DmC next and not DMC5.
I'd go
1st DMC3 2nd DmC, Come at me 3rd DMC5 4th DMC4, 5th DMC
10th DMC2 |

| Really? Maybe the original release had folks sour on it, but from what I was reading the diehard DMC fans loved DMC4:SE, so maybe that's the version to play? |

| Possibly or it could be some played DmC then back and thought DMC4 was good/what they wanted. |

| I was under the impression DmC was the best one? Certainly seems to get praised a lot by Youtubers these days as the Bayonetta of last-gen (I'm fully aware Bayonetta was last-gen, I've had a long day...) |

| I'm playing Batman: The Telltale Series. I'm enjoying the story - Batman's easily one of my favourite super-heroes, if not my outright favourite, and the story they're telling so far has been pretty engaging. I've spotted a couple of points where the story seems to have diverged in a major way, but the illusion of choice is always a spectre lurking in the background of Telltale's work. I think they've ironed it out since the miserable experience that was GoT. What I'm not enjoying is the technical hiccups harming the overall experience. Telltale's engine was clearly breaking apart during their time making this and it shows - I've had numerous occasions where the framerate tanks and stutters, bizarre shading and lighting glitches which render some scenes unwatchable and a really odd glitch where Bruce Wayne's animations bugged out and he ended up spending a whole scene talking to somebody with his head fully rotated like an owl. Naturally, I took in none of the information relayed to me in that scene as I was too busy giggling and saying "what the fuck" when I first noticed the glitch. |

| I'm doing that to an extent, but I'm enjoying the chance to put my own spin on a preestablished character. I'll probably do the same with Guardians. |

| I managed to kill the champion player on Apex the other day. I'm not really sure what's changed in Season 2 but I've been enjoying playing with randos. They tend to fly us into a reckless drop zone, but that's taught me a lot about how all the various guns handle. Managed to come in second in a couple of games too which was nice. I like that the games are fast paced enough so that you're never too far away from action. |

| The major changes in season 2 are weekly/daily challenges, a few new attachments for the lower tier guns and the zone dealing much more damage from round 2 onwards.
Which leads me to my biggest pet peeve right now which is the randos that dont pay attention to the round timer. |

| Yup they are but after playing some solo today I get why folk go off on their own now, (still a shit move, natch) in multiple games I suggested safer landing zones yet its not only ignored but they drop us right in the shit against so many enemy teams without even pinging where they intend to land.
Even if you survive the fight the loot often isnt worth it and a team with better loot that dropped further away can circle back to pick you off. Actually I dont think I've ever won a match where my team fast dropped as soon as possible. |

| Yeah when I was in a squad that got to the last 2 I swear I stepped out of bounds really briefly and died. But I'm pretty bad at recognising my health in that game - there's a lot to take in and think about when you're new - so I could've just been a muppet. |

| Yeh if you were in the final 2 it was likely round 4 or 5 meaning zone damage is 20 percent per tick, so you were likely already low health. Also a good thing to remember is it goes right for your main health ignoring any shield you may have equipped. |

| FUCK KONAMI
They've tricked me again, really enjoyed the PES demo but after a week with the full game I can see it's exactly the same as the year before that and the year before that and the year before that... The difference in the final game is staggering, feels like it's constantly full of bugs that never seem to get fixed, I said this the last time but hopefully this will be the last time I bother with a game that constantly disappoints. |

| When it comes to on the pitch gameplay I can definitely see improvements over last years game (definitely not bug free though as you said) but the so called overhaul to the Master league does feel like they're papering over the cracks a bit. Despite that I'm still enjoying the game. |

I just got to a point where I realised it wasn't all the fun for me and I'd just had enough, I've said the last couple of times I wouldn't buy and did only to regret it, I'm just not sure I can excuse it any more, its obvious there's a good game there but I'm not feeling the effort to reach that level. |

| Fair enough, I even said last year that 2019 could be one I stick with playing for longer than a year but got pulled in by that new 2020 demo myself. I think EA and Konami are bit too comfortable in the spaces they've created & as tough as this would be it'd be nice if a third dev tried their hand at football game so they were pushed more than they are. |

| With Super Soccer appearing on your Switch's SNES bundle, there's never been a better time for them to be the mysterious third entrant. |

| I started Days Gone yesterday afternoon, played for about 5hrs and got to say even though it's a tad generic it does play well. I'm guessing all the patches fixed nay fps issue etc and now turned out to be a decent game, can see why people that have played like it and has sold well. |
