Pokémon Shuffle (Nintendo Used Pay Day!)

I've somehow managed to catch most of the EX Pokemon that I've unlocked bar Blaziken and two of the legendary birds. I want to try and get a raikou still so I may have a better chance at gettting the mega stone

Yveltal finally cracked, after I'd saved and spent 15,000 Coins on the beast. Still, it willingly joins the team that will level- and cash-grind for Mewtwo. I'm a gonna take him down, y'all!

I caught and S-Ranked Mewtwo! Only Onix left to catch, and then a smattering of S-Rank.

Nice one, Jay! Are you going to wait until you get the Blastoisinite or just trash it with the 15,000 Coin combo? And are you then going to move on to Pokémon Rumble World?

Depends on whether I get the coins or the Blastoinite first - likely the latter!

And I've already started Rumble World - it's fun thus far, but I've yet to reach the grinding point yet. Ask again in a couple of weeks.

When I said I was gonna take Mewtwo down, y'all, it will take longer than anticipated. I am A-ranked on it now, though, so that's something! Meowth, my only friend... time to save up 15,000 Coins again!

I'm switching between grinding coins for my Onix attempt and going for S-Ranks on some stages. I'm nearly done with this for the time being, but it's just going to take time to get the coins necessary to finish it up.

I have been grinding on Meowth mainly to level up my best Pokemon for the Blastenoise challenge. All of them are up the Level 6, and I have varying amounts of coin, from 50-80K on each, so tomorrow I will give it a proper try to get the necessary score. I will be most disappointed if I fail.

You should be fine if you buy a couple of items with your coin reserves - I'm still in the top 1000 for the challenge.

Another failed Mewtwo attempt, despite a 'Fantastic!' rated combo and the Great Ball giving me a 56% chance of capture. Back to le drawing-board...

That's unfortunate Zero.

My successful Mewtwo attempt had me at 56% capture rate with a Pokeball, which bumped up to Max after a Great Ball.

I've wasted so much just trying to get Blaziken today and to no luck.. To me it's been the hardest evolved starter to catch

Last day of the Blastoise challenge! Currently in the mid 6000's and saving for another go to secure my place. I don't see how I'm going to get Blaziryu or Heatran without Blastoisinite...

There's another batch of new main stages, and a Groudon special stage up as well.

Me too - 8,326th. And those extra stages! I've not caught a lot of the new 'mon, as the game is being stingy with its percentages (four of them slipped by with either 50-odd or 60-odd per cent).

Got Blastoise on all 6 consoles, vary from mid 3000s to high 9000s.  That one on roughly 9800 made me a bit nervous.

Since then, I have opened up all of the new ones, not caught all, and caught the special one.  A productive day all in all.  Now to focus a bit on the Ex stages.

It seems there's a new Expert Stage and a new Mega Pokemon in this batch as well!

I don't know about the Ex stage (haven't even unlocked 20 yet). but Stage 180, Mega Aerodactyl was easy to win, with 13,000 coins of everything I could buy.

Yeah, the new batch of stages weren't particularly difficult - nothing to the extent of Milotic in the last batch.

I've beaten about fifty stages of this now, and depressingly I appear to be hooked. I'm not the best at this sort of thing, but I seem to be doing okay thus far. I don't have the best matchups against the currently available legendaries thus far though, so sadly Rayquaza and Groudon remain uncaught.

I also missed out on the Blastoisinite, too.

I've made it to the new Mega, with Groudon also uncaught. The Meowth grinding is really grinding (ha!) my Klinks (ha ha!), so I'm wandering back through the new batch and catching 'em all. The appeal has worn off for me, and it's feeling like more of a duty than a joy.

I'm still enjoying this - I've two 'Mon left to catch (Timburr, who is this batch's Onix, and the new expert 'Mon) and I'm looking forward to S-Ranking every stage. It's just a shame that the grind is there between attempts at S-Ranking, but playing Meowth's stage for 10 minutes a day isn't horrific, nor is it particularly daunting like Rumble World's grind.

I thought that when I got 101 Combos that I would never top that, but on Likitung, Stage 175, thoses Pokemon kept on matching up, over and over until I had 115 Combos. To be honest, it was pretty easy if you had the right Mega (Lucario I think).
