| So we are down for 2 days until finished. I have one at about 1,000th, one at about 2,000th and the other two at about 6,000th, so I am pretty confidant that they are enough not to fall out of the top 20,000 now. I keep an eye on it, just in case there is a massive shift in the numbers. Then I can get back to trying to catch Mega Glailie. |

| I'm sitting at 350ish on the Lucario challenge, so I'm still very confident of getting the reward.
As for progress through the game, I've got every expert 'Mon up to Heatran (who has a stupid amount of HP) caught, and I've S-Ranked and caught the respective 'Mon in the first 75 levels as well as few others in the main game. |

| Finally got Mega Glalie on one of them (still 2 more to get it), so I can finally move on yo some new Pokemon. I was very pleased to get that one done.
Update" I won the challenge on all my consoles (4), so I was pretty pleased with that. |

| It seems like there's been a ton of new content added - the game now extends past Level 150, and there's new daily/event Pokemon.

| Keldeo is the event Pokemon this time, and you get a cool 5000 coins for beating him for the first time. I spent some of those on a Mega Start which helped me capture him. Not delved into the new main stages yet, so no idea how many have been added in. |

| I just recently beat Mewtwo Y (took me two jewels to do so). Managed to get Keldeo and pacharisu rather easily.
As for the new stages I got stuck on Chespin of all things after Mewtwo |

| I caught Pachirisu easily like all of us, but I can't even beat Keldeo yet. So I am grinding with the preferred characters (which were only Level 1-2) until they are strong enough to beat it. Then I will grind the characters needed to beat Stage 135 Mega.
I just added console number 5 to my list, so it feels weird starting all over again. I seriously doubt I can get them strong enough to beat the Special Pokemon before the 14 days are up. Plus I missed Mew as well, which is disappointing. |

| Subway's Wi-Fi told me that I was 22,546th in the region for the Lucarionite Challenge. I've beaten - but not captured! - the first two genuine newbies. I forgot how the ordinary monsters worked - you don't have to catch them in order to proceed, it transpires!  |

| The new cap is at level 165, for any interested. This final 'Mon is more difficult than any other and I'm fairly certain it's impossible without using at least a Mega Start. |

| I S-Ranked and caught the bugger just now.  Method below! (Spoilered it for those who don't want to know who it is.) - Spoiler:
I'd saved up 3000 coins from daily coins and playing Meowth's stage over and over (not the special one, his main game stage).
I used said coins to purchase a Mega Start and Turns+5, and I used the free Disruption Delay too. I brought in Mega Ampharos, Raikou, Sceptile and Zapdos to face Milotic.
Basically, I spent the first 10 or so turns matching Mega Ampharos's to get rid of the ice, and due to the Disruption Delay I was able to eventually play with a clear field. Then it was just matching up to get the biggest combos possible and I beat the bugger with about 16 turns to spare. I don't know if the Turns+5 was necessary (might have been for the S-Rank) but it eased my mind.
This gets you about 53% catch rate, so if you want to really ensure victory, bring enough coins for a Great Ball. I didn't, but thankfully I caught the bugger. He's pretty good, as you might expect.

| My capture method for the new final 'mon was as follows: - 165:
Go in with Mega Ampharos, Sceptile, Raikou and Zapdos. Waste the free Disruption Delay and 2000 coins on a Mega Started attempt which got stuck on repeating a weak loop of Raikous and Sceptiles that I was obliged to keep using until too late to do anything. Curse.
Repeat the above, without the Disruption Delay, and beat the monster. Fail to capture it.
Decide it might be better to use Mega Altaria instead (all others intact). Go in for attempt 3 but, after pressing things one too many times, go in without a Mega Start. Fail spectacularly (I'm talking half the energy bar intact by the time my turns had expired).
Try with Mega Start next time. Fare slightly better and end up with 19% chance of capture. Perhaps as a reward for my hard work, this succeeds.
