Yes! The game, which features platformer elements, was made between the years 1990 and 2000 by Konami. The game did appear on the SNES, but not exclusively (and it didn't appear on the Mega Drive), and nor is it from the fifth generation of consoles... but it is from an IP with a low-to-middling level of fame.

The fact that it's not a SNES exclusive is one one of those 'technically accurate' things; you could even say it was a bit of a red herring.
