That's thanks to Star Wars Battlefront 2 creating a big media shit-storm through its use of lootboxes. Colossal stink, and rightly so too considering they've tied lootboxes to actual game progression.

As Sterling said, nice for EA to alert all the regulators and them to this practice! Anyway, er, taglines...
