Looking at how I get paid there’s only Rare Replay well I might preorder Elansar & Philia for the DC, but looking at the month as a whole then on 28th all the games that day look interesting but I will definitely be getting Until Dawn with Gears & Devil’s Third being highly likely to be picked up but depends on early September for that.
The USA imports make me excited for games which will be coming to download services even here in the EU with likes of Toy Soldiers, Brothers and Talo.

Another empty month. Still, pennies saved for Super Mario Maker the month after, and that summer-long chance to clear more of the backlog.

This is getting silly. =
Just out of interest, given that I'm thinking of dabbling in multiformats at some point in the future, I had a glance at the non-Ninty games to see if there was anything that might interest me. A bit fag squelchy "nope".

Yeah I did say in July's thread when asking for names that most of August is rather barren.
I can see if you like One Piece then you might be excited about that game.
To me this is a great time for indies to come out and that's what I'm excited about over the rest of July and start of August.

Looks like RARE Collection and Gears for me. Really not great as I'm running out of games fast

Thing is RARE collection should last anyone awhile, Andy.

Sweet bugger all again. Ah well, I'm actually making some headway in my backlog so another sparse month will do me nicely.

You're forgetting that Andy won't play any of the N64 games.

I'm not sure I'll play everything in the collection though. Can't see myself getting into Perfect Dark or Zero for starters, not to mention a lot of the really old ones aren't overly appealing. I'll just give them a go and see if they click with me.

I'm the same as Andy this month, Rare and Gears. To be honest, the most exciting thing this month is the Splatoon update!

I might have to make Gears a must as we can get a team together and I know that a few guys in work are getting it.
But I know that the first half of September (in my packet which I get at end of August and before my one in September) are games which I might sooner buy then what is the worst main line Gears now in HD but with 3's MP.

Really? Nobody's getting garfield kart!? I am ashamed to be amongst your midst. But nope, nothing here for me. Can we skip ahead to September? Does posting these release threads make the months come faster?

The only reason Mas is still on the forum is because he's a time wizard. If we tried to ban him, he'd go back in time and change our pasts and we'd all be living in post-apocalyptica playing on the Sega Dreambox.

What a age it would be, with good sonic games and sega ips that haven't been forgotten for what seems like a millennium.

This is poor. If I had an XBone, I'd get Rare Replay. But I don't. So I won't.
If you do get it, you better all play all the old games - especially Atic Atac (looking at you, Rice).

Legend of Kay has been delayed again but this time we've had a gameplay trailer that, I do hope August is the actual date now for it on PS4 & Wii U.

Next Sunday September Schedule will be posted, meaning it's time for names.
At the moment, I make it 30 games coming out which includes what is likely going to be drunkas & my GOTY, what could be this years shadow of mordor, loads of sports games including a world cup tie in, a decent Wii U exclusive, a made from the ground uo sort of remake for the PS4, toys to life and lot of downloads coming to retail.
