Jay has reminded me of one of the greatest crabs in all gaming.

I've been treated to more than my fair share of giant enemy crabs recently; there are the big, creepy fellas in the Osaka aquarium, the massive moving models on the fronts of seafood restaraunts and plenty just scuttling by the shore.

Games-wise, I'm disappointed neither of the James' posted Monster Hunter's offerings. The idea of a big hermit crab wearing another, larger monster's skull as a shell is very cool.

It's E3 in under a week, so I thought I'd celebrate with an animal beginning with 'e' (no you're tenuous): elephants!  Mammoths are fair game.

Mas' one looks more like a really big ol' sheep to me: it doesn't have tusks, big ears, or a trunk. I guess the lines are thinner when it comes to mammoths.

I think that might be because of Quadratus is the nickname given to the second colossus, resembling a bull and mammoth.

That is a fine and adorable elephant sir! Shame its game looked a bit too twee.

In honour of the lovely Hollow Knight, Beetles! Different types of beetles, like ladybirds, are allowed. The Beatles, Volkswagen Beetles (having adventurous races perhaps), and any human being named after a beetle but not actually that beetle-ish are NOT allowed.
