It may "depend on the bat", however Lions need no such distinction!  They are majestic, proud, savage, and at times cute animals, known as kings of their domain!



 Bats range from "cute face with a ugly body" to "OH MY GOD KILL IT WITH LAVA PLUME!" and are frequently called vermin.

Ravenclaw and whichever house has the dragons for me, and my cuddly toy when I was small was a Pikachu.  By the time I'd finished with it, the highlights had been scratched off so that it had black soulless eyes.  I like to think it became a Mimikyu.

Very disappointed in this thread. On the one hand you have the elitist lion, an animal that lies around all day on the back of reparations from Mufasa's "death," literally living like some sort of self appointed monarch.

And then you have the hard working, honourable bat. A species who have been culturally appropriated by batsploitation franchises like Batman. But you don't see bats down the local complaining do you? All they want is an NHS and a free education system, but our lion infested cabinet are trying to take those away too! I mean, they've already rigged google so that you can't see a bat in a flat cap now.

I'd sooner vote for a lion than a bat, lions have already proved themselves capable of leading small prides on the savannah to large cities. A bat could never be mayor of Zootopia.
