Yeah, this is pretty far away. No More Heroes is easily one of Suda's finest moments though, so chuffed to see him revisiting the series again.

Did he say that it was No More Heroes 3? The translator sounded like he was having a hard time of it. Anyway, I hope it's No More Heroes 3 - the first one is an absolute belter.

From what I could gather from the translator, it's not officially No More Heroes 3 but a new game starring Travis Touchdown. Smart money is on it being NMH 3, mind.

One of the translators was not quite up to the pace some of the time, I felt. In any case, more Travis Touchdown is always welcome. If an NMH game came out with the game of the first one and the minigames of the second one, we would have a winner.

I choose to believe that Suda talks in very hard-to-understand medieval-level Japanese. (That or the translator was drunk.)

A guy I follow on Twitter who live-translates New Japan Pro Wrestling promos mentioned that Suda was talking about how he wanted to have Japanese wrestling influence his next game, which I don't think Nintendo's translator mentioned at all.
Sounds bonkers enough for Suda!

The event would have some sort of script eh? Im wondering if Suda wandered off it a little which confused the poor guy that or he just got scared when Suda appeared out of the darkness like this:

Again, it was another wrestling reference.
Is... is NMH 3 going to be a wrestling game?!

It has always had its wrestling influences though hasn't it? Like the masks & moves are wrestling inspired right?

Ah, true that. I guess it's a sign that, if anything, he'll be ramping up the wrasslin' references this time around.

Look, if I can play as Travis Touchdown and put on a six star classic with Kenny Omega, I'm all over it.

Yeah, Luchadores have always been a big part. Isn't Suda behind that mad Fire Pro with the suicide ending?
I believe Suda had made some noise before the event about being interested in NMH3, and the presentation did mention Travis. I'm keen for whatever he does. His games aren't perfect by any stretch but they always entertain.

Was that CAW an exclaimation or asking for a create-a-wrestler feature?

Meanwhile I'm sitting here all I liked NMH1, and should have given NMH2 more of a chance really, but any wrestling references can go suplex themselves off the top of the Shard.
...a 'suplex' is a wrestling thing where you jump, right?

This is a suplex:
Didn't Travis already do this in NMH, or am I thinking of Resident Evil 4 and Leon?

I saw No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2 in the local game shop just now, for £3 and £10 respectively. Tempted to pick them up and muck about with again.
In fact, I don't know why I didn't at those prices? Will rectify tomorrow.
