Yesterday I Bought (a bad pun) for 3!

A pizza! And yes, it's bloody amazing.

Oh and a game too, but nobody cares about that. Look at that awesome creamy chicken pizza!!

I never used to be much of a fan of chicken on pizza but lately Chicken supreme has been my favourite topping.

Insufficient pepperoni, but chicken on pizza is a good move.

As is pineapple. (flees)

I like tuna but never liked the idea of it on pizza but the fiery vegetables sound top though.

People that can't appreciate the sweet yet delicate flavour that pineapple adds to a Pizza are nothing more than heathens!  Pineapple is a divine addition to most pizza's, although I will admit the oneI got is likely one of the ones it'd clash with.

Yeah I wasn't going to, but then the local eb games didn't have dragon ball fusion and I couldn't just walk home without echoes once it was within my physical and financial clutches!  

I did have to leave without a seriously amazing and detailed scale figure of breath of the wild Link, which breaks my heart.

You know what? I think the reason most dislike pineapple on pizza is likely from a bad experience of eating one of the cheap options when growing up (I know this is the case for me & I've not tried one since then) but I'd be up for trying one again if I'm ever at a decent restaurant.

Personally that's the problem though, when a pizza is bad you can stomach it with any other toppings but when a topping (Like pineapple) can't save it it's just all around bad.

I'll buy that. I got introduced to it on my dad's home-made pizzas, which were great without pepperoni and pineapple, but even better with.

I remember often ordering Hawaiian pizzas as a kid frequently and enjoying them. I don't eat ham anymore though and when it comes to creating my own pizza I'll usually go for BBQ sauce, peppers and mushrooms (unless I'm sharing a pizza, then swap the mushrooms for chicken- I'll eat poultry if it means not wasting meat!).

Pineapple just never seems like a viable option for the pizzas I order, but if I was at a proper pizzeria then maybe. Then again there's usually another weird pizza that tempts me instead, like the one I had in Newcastle with Broccoli.

Moving away from people and their gayboy tastes in pizza, I just came back from work to see that Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers had been delivered. I don't remember ordering it...

Either that's a very kind present, or you'll have to lay off the drink, lad.

Picked this up in the PSN sale:



It's about £3 and while I know it's not meant to be a great golf game, it will tide me over until Everybody's Golf. I don't even like golf but do enjoy it in video game form.

I was looking at the other sport games like Madden and NHL but even though great prices, I've got so much to play and so much to come as well.

That's been in and out of my cart on psn. Think I'll skip but that's a good price.

F all for £390 as yesterday my car told me, my tyre pressure was low on front drivers-side and I went to do it and when I was undoing the plastic rubber bit the whole valve came off along with all the air, inside the tyre.

I had to get a bloke out as I don't have the locking key for the nuts, to get the wheel off to put the spare on also told me I need two new types on the front, not just the one and the car would not pass its MOT as is, this was £40 as it was a sort of a mate (kwick fit would have been £90).

Been kwick fit, told them what happened and I need a new valve to replace the broken one, which makes sense, ohh as my car has sensors that be £70 for a replacement plus the two new tyres which were £45 each.

I said while its here do the other side as well as to be done any way for the MOT. I get a phone call whilst I went into town and I'm told that the sensor on the passenger side is in worse condition then the driver side one and they can't replace the type as they can't put the air in, my options are don't get it done but would fail the MOT (which is 2 months away) or replace the sensor along with a new tyre.

Meaning another £70 sensor, and ohh as the locking wheel nuts had to come off without the key, I had to order a new set of them for £40 which I'm waiting on due to it being a Sunday and bank holiday tomorrow.

In total that's one call out for £40, two tyres for £90, two sensors for £140, the recycling of the old tyres and balancing & fitting which was £30, then VAT of £50 and the new set of locking wheel nuts of £40.

Ye can't put a price on peace of mind.

I've stopped buying games for collecting's sake, but The Last Story was just too cheap to leave on the shelf.

Knack was £2 in Cash Generator. Looks like a platformer, so I felt that it might be worth a bash.

That's a superb price for Last Story. Usually a £50+ game these days. GAME are quite good for that, remember Xenoblade was £14.99 for a long time too - just had to be lucky to find a copy. My local has Metroid Prime Trilogy but at £39.99 (used, natch). It's in the 3 for 2 but unless there's also something like a Last Story, it's not justified the purchase.

I've bought quite a lot of stuff through GAME's 3 for 2 deal - it's usually well worth a look, and I can only see the deals getting better as GAME will inevitably look to phase the Wii (and DS) out. I seen Muramasa: The Demon Blade and the 2009 version of A Boy And His Blob at the same time as The Last Story, but I stopped myself, as I need to stop buying games for the sake of buying them...

...it didn't stop me from getting these today though.



There's supposedly deals like this right across the UK - GAME seem to be clearing old stock. On Twitter, I've seen stories of folk getting stuff like Paper Mario Colour Splash, Xenoblade X and the Bravely Default games for practically hee-haw. I definitely urge folk to go have a look!

I went to my nearest GAME this morning and was fobbed off. Seen as well on Hot UK Deals chat and Twitter others have as well, like one of Fronks followers then a few minutes later tweet that they walked past GAME and saw them labelling up stuff.

I'm going to go down to Exeter tomorrow but I reckon all will be gone by then but the concensus seems to be GAME are getting rid of 3DS and Wii U pretty much.
