Official(?) Nintendo Consoles Music Thread v2.0

I'm a sucker for anything that has the erhu in (step forward, Soul Calibur II's Xiwei Ruins), and the latest free DLC for Overcooked 2 gave us this lovely piece - that's much nicer to listen to when you're not face down in a lily pond.

Sometimes you just forget how good the PAL version of Super Mario World's Athletic Theme really is.

I honestly can't stop humming this one, and I can't remember a time where I stopped what I was doing in a game just to listen to a song. Beautiful stuff.

I was just thinking it's time someone added a few Hades songs in here and that's a belting choice.

I've spent the last few months singing the first few lines of Latin to myself, wrong. It's all Rum's fault.

I still maintain that Dancing Mad 4 is the better final boss theme, although it definitely doesn't benefit from using the SNES soundset.

For anyone intending to play Sam & Max Save the World, don't listen to this: much more fun to come across it in-game.  For anyone not intending to play Sam & Max Save the World, here's one reason why you should.

Amended, 9 was actually The Moon Level from Ducktales Remastered which was annoyingly deleted since I made the playlist a couple of days ago, which does have me a little worried that these playlists will disappear over time, especially when Nintendo get their hands on them.

You know my picks better than I do.  And yep, you're probably right: Nintendo's approach to YouTube has been thoroughly (ahem) dishonourable this year.  Thanks anyway, boss, you're doing the Lord's work.

JayMoyles made a good playlist for doing the dishes and the ironing, but if you're looking for The Greatest Valentines Day Playlist Ever then you have to switch on The Cappuccino Kid's playlist of top shagging anthems.

Many thanks for this Mr. Smurf! Although it does remind me I was an arsehole and picked 2 of the biggest games in the Nintendo world straight off, which probably meant I didn't read the rules.

Nah no issues with picking the big games early, The freaking Wind Waker didn't get picked so saving stuff for later on is too risky.
