You know how you already have more than enough to play in September? Well, Chapter 9 comes out on 9/9! Can't wait to break every controller in the house in rage!
Seriously, I know the date thing is cute, and God knows I love Celeste, but maybe this is one for December.

Aye, I heard the current world record holder for the game ended up taking 4 hours or so to beat it, so it suggests that weak scum like myself will spend a bit longer on it. That's a fair chunk of content for diddly squat - top marks, Celeste.

I really wish this came out a few months back when I playing it again, I feel like if I tried it now I'd need a good few days to be good enough to get anywhere.

This is my worry. It's the reason I haven't gone back to Guacamelee 2: I'll be stepping back into a game I barely remember that relies on complete familiarity with the controls (along with other things, like patience) to ace.
Still going to try it, but... I'm worried I might have to resort to Assist Mode.

It all came back to me surprisingly quick, but I'm also sure my b-side and c-side completion helped considerably.
The chapter does have a difficulty curve and does start off easier, just not easy. I think you'll get back into it once you sit down and start playing.

Ok, I finished chapter 1 yesterday. Here are my first impressions...
Yeah. I'm looking forward to tucking into more of this. Super Meat Boy is one of my favourite platformers, and a lot of that has to do with the tightness of the controls, the short levels, and the instant respawns. Celeste ticks those boxes too, although I'm still getting used to the moves. Definitely going to be playing this in spades.
