Wise move, Balla.
After ramming my head against the wall on Hi Speed for a while, I managed to have a breakthrough run. I posted a video here to highlight how tense the start of each level is on Hi Speed. You need to be on form to avoid losing early.

Hi Speed is so tough, the game was constantly kicking my arse over the weekend but finally I had a good run and:
Might go back to medium speed to try and better that, such less frustrating.

The WiiWare version of Dr. Mario got a lot of my time back in the day, I like to think of that as medical school. It's been the challenge I've been most in to so far for sure anyway so I can see myself returning to this a bit more to try and better my score.
