As for Tools Up - it looks like an OK thing - but even Catastronauts has, in its final stages, introduced unnecessary family tension. Not sure now.

Bury Me My Love is free today for some reason. Get on that, I've heard interesting things

It's designed to work on a phone and you can tell from a game standpoint that it loses something on Switch, but the story is well worth a read.

Played through to one ending, probably won't go back. It definitely feels worse for not being on a phone as intended.

Story is good and interesting but heartbreaking and depressing, so while I appreciate it I don't really want to subject myself to more of it when I already feel hopeless to help

I was hoping that Sayonara Wild Hearts and Ori and The Blind Forest would be included and, right enough, they're both 30% off. Now might be the time for me to get Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and Lumines Remastered - they're both 50% off. Also, I think I remember somebody being quite high on Donut County, who was that?

Does anybody have any other recommendations that they'd like to share?

I made a thread on GRcade directly comparing the two and suggesting anyone who likes UGG plays Donut County.

The premise isn't as immediate which is why I think it didn't take off in the same way.

I picked up Ori, Lumines, Beat cop & Bloodstained: CoTM earlier today. Also not that I need my backlog to get any bigger I was hoping that the likes of Devil Engine and Risk of rain 2 would be on sale as well.

EDIT: This might be one where Invergrackle could make a mighty return as long as it has some decent customisation options, oh and hopefully it turns out to be a decent wee strategy game as well.

EDIT 2: Just saw the rotten news about Dangen entertainment (publishers of Devil engine) and it's just as well it wasn't on sale as I wouldn't want to be giving my money to folk like that. The devs (protoculture games) said on twitter to wait for the Ignition version of DE so that's what I will do.

I literally came here to say that I bought Sayonara Wild Hearts, Ori and The Blind Forest, and Lumines Remastered in this sale. Also I have Donut County on PS4 and really enjoyed it - a rare game that made me lolz irl.

There's an odd deal from BANDAI NAMCO in the second part of the eShop sale. You can download Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus with a 50% discount, taking it down to £8.99. Or, you can download the NAMCO MUSEUM Arcade Pak - which includes Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus and eleven other games - at 75% off for £8.24. Very strange, but the latter deal is very recommended.

I picked up untitled goose game. Not on sale but it's always near the top of the charts so gave it a go.
