Trouble with the 3DS/DS bargains thread.

Whenever I post in that thread, the text is incredibly tiny & hard to read. I've a feeling it's due to the links provided for the cheap games which stretches the screen. Is it just me with this problem?

It might be that, what device/browser are you using?

Can you give us a wee bit more info, Fancy? I've not personally noticed any problems, but then I'm posting from a device with a massive screen.

I'm using Safari on my iPad. Every other thread is fine except this one. The links posted have about 196,000 characters which go waaaaaaaaaaay to the right of the screen.

Yeah, mobile browsers tend to zoom out as far as possible.

...sorry, it'll be in the stylesheet somewhere- while you can't do much with the number of characters, you should probably be able to set a maximum width for the box the post is in, and force it to either create a line break, add a scroll bar or simply disappear if it leaves the bounds of the box.

I get that that stretching too, think it also happens in the wii U bargains thread as well.

One work around would be to try and use a link shrinker like bit.ly

It turns

into

www.bit.ly/notsolonglink

I used tinyurl on some people's posts in the 3DS bargains thread. Same effect.
