What are you playing on your 3DS/DS right now?

Hesit I really liked at EGX, STEAM I didn't like the demo but is cheap that I would give another go.

Downloaded Streets of Rage off the eshop (the 3D one) even though I'm rockin' a plain 2DS. It's brilliant, but takes a while getting used to on a small screen.

But yeah I decided to get green on my Jap 3ds and yellow on my Aus one.

I'm still playing Animal Crossing, but I have managed to minimise the time spent on that every day. Other than that, plugging away at Shovel Knight (top stuff), playing Triforce Heroes with Kate and Amelia (great game) and getting back into Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate now that I've managed to wrangle some real-world hunting buddies (love it!)

And as if that weren't enough to be going on with, Pokémon Blue is downloading as we squeak.

I'm Blue (ba da bee) (saw Bleue on the VC and was mighty tempted!) but haven't played it yet; I've got to do some plastering in the house today and I'm listening to the podcast too, to see how off our predictions were.

We predicted a seventh gen, which was accurate. The only other thing was me thinking Magiana was called Moleotto or something.

Yeah, you were really accurate, up to and including thinking that there was an online component a few days ago in the Retro forum! Seeing as you're on such a roll, for the love of God - what are today's Lottery numbers?!

I've downloaded Yellow. I bluffed my way through Crystal, and had to get my sister to tell me what to do by the Elite Four. I've got a type chart printed out and everything!

Blue started! Periwinkle the Squirtle has been joined by Azure the Pidgey and Navy the Rattata. Nostalgia levels are approaching critical mass. Hope Jimbob and the rest of y'all intrepid Pokémon trainers have fun out there!

Playing through red now, I'm really enjoying it but having only ever played as far back as silver it's kind of jarring how few pokémon and moves there are. The franchise really has come such a long way since then.

And I'm not sure where to put this but for anyone who's interested the Pokémon twitch channel is streaming fan-favourite anime and movies for 24-hours from 11pm tonight.

I started in the Johto region as well so yellow and green are actually firsts for me

I got home from work last night, did some stuff I needed to do for job applications, put on my pyjamas, and watched the first couple of episodes of the Pokémon anime. Then I went to bed, wrapped myself up in the duvet, and fired up Blue.

I've got Miller the Squirtle. Then I sorted out a Pidgey and Rattata and popped them in the box. Same with a Caterpie. I nabbed Picard the Pikachu. Then I searched for literally an hour before finding a single Weedle! Eventually I caught him, named him Statham, and carried on training, but seriously! I found Pikachu, the one that's supposedly rare, as my second monster in the forest. I found another one before I found Weedle.

Weedle always was rare in Blue. (Common as muck in Red.) Not sure it was meant to be rarer than Pikachu though.

Just for the record, Drunka must have used up his precognitive powers by the time I asked him for the Lottery numbers: he didn't get a single one.

I don't think one would get a big share of the winnings with those numbers anyway.

My 3DS is finally getting some use with Yellow downloaded, also picked up something else which I've put to one side for the minute as waiting for something else to turn up which really should of came yesterday.

Then there will be a unboxing video of it all.

I've been doing a lot of travel over the last couple of days, so I've been able to sink six hours into Pokémon Red. It's still a stone cold classic. I've decided to go through the game with Pokémon I've never used before (with the exception of Bulbasaur), so my team is currently Ivysaur, Nidorino, Clefairy, Hypno, Growlithe and Gyrados, all between Lv. 21 and 26. I've just arrived at the fourth gym. It's going good.

I have Stella Glow.

I haven't played it, I'm still playing BSEL, which is a strong candidate for GotY at this point if Zelda is pushed back. But I do have Stella Glow.

It has a creepy quote on the back of the box. To be fair, I've played both Luminous Arc games, so I knew what I was getting into. But I'd love a game in the series without the fanservice. Ho hum.

I'm still working my way through the Ace Attorney series. I'm on what I believe to be the final case of Apollo Justice, so we're getting there! Verdict so far on Apollo Justice - better than Justice For All, not quite as good as Ace Attorney or Trials and Tribulations. I'll reserve my final judgement until after I've beaten it though, natch!
