I absolutely love the games from these guys & they're the only iOS games that hold my attention for more than 30 minutes, what's more I think their style would fit so well on Nintendo systems. (E shop)

Here's some of their work

Beat sneak bandit: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PikXHP3F6xo

Bumpy Road: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PGm36tcWK4U

& their most recent release Year walk: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LVz_MhMsAvs

I've been meaning to try Bumpy Road, but for some reason I've never gotten round to it.

I was expecting to be hooked, but somehow I couldn't gel with Beat Sneak Bandit. I will give it another shot one day.

Rhythm games and I don't normally mix but I am enjoying Beat Sneak Bandit. The menus and such make me think it should be called BIT.TRIP Sneak, too, and anything which reminds me of Runner2: FLORA gets a thumbs-up. Thumbs Down...

When someone (probably fronky) retweeted that onto my timeline, I didn't know enough to be excited. Now I do! Dance

Simogo are certainly one of my favourite developers, I'm looking forward to what they do next. Hopefully the Wii U gets something gamey and something story-y. It's telling that they were inspired to make games from the DS, they really do "get" that the feel of a game and how it controls is of upmost importance. Even the simple stuff like Kosmo Spin is a joy to play.

There was a good studio profile about the team this week, quite enjoyed reading it: http://www.gamesradar.com/studio-profile-simogo/
