| I'm really bored with the way many American crowds go into business for themselves/try to get themselves 'over' at the expense of what's happening in the ring. It was novel enough on the night Brock Lesnar returned, but, British Fandango'ing aside, it's been getting on my tits every time since. You can say all you want that they're entitled to do what they want as ticket-buyers, but it's really taking away from my - and others - enjoyment on what's on the screen. I absolutely hated the way the crowd rejected Cena/Orton at the Royal Rumble before they'd given it a chance. The sort who chant 'We Are Awesome' are the most embarrassing thing about wrestling and I wish they'd, as Michael Cole puts it, "just go away". Sick of them. |

| Yup I totally agree, I have to throw the CM punk chants into that as well they are acting like he was wronged in some way when he was the one who breached his contract.
A crowds participation is a big thing in wrestling & can make a match/promo that much better so when they act in their own interests it ruins my enjoyment of a show. |

| I think in the case of Cena/Orton LXVII at the Rumble the crowd are voicing their displeasure at seeing it again, and I can't fault them for that.
When they're shitting over fresh/good match-ups, then it's crossing a line.
Fun fact, according to WWE.com's superstars section, Antonio Cesaro is now just "Cesaro".
On a lighter note, why not partake in a game of Flappy Bird Bryan? http://bradleysgfx.us/flappybryan

| If crowds were given something that they could invest in, or something that they hadn't seen numerous times before, they wouldn't go off track and chant for whatever they like. I think the first match that got this treatment on Raw this week was Fandango VS Santino Marella, a nothing match between two guys who we're given no reason to care about. This a problem with so many people in WWE at the moment, we're given no reason to care about them, so its hardly surprising that the crowd do what they want. I don't mind when crowds go in to business for themselves, it sounds a lot better than complete silence, which sucks all fun out of shows. |

| SmackDown spoiler: - Spoiler:
Cesaro beats Randy Orton cleanly with the Neutraliser in the main event.
As far as an apology for Muhammad Hassan, Kenzo Suzuki, The Dicks, Gymini, Vladimir Kozlov and the rest of the bollocks that WWE has had us sit through over the course of our lifetimes goes, this is acceptable.
EDIT: Twenty minutes after typing that bit above, I've found out that Dolph Ziggler lost again. To Alexander Rusev. In a dark match. We're back to square one. Fuck you, WWE.

| That spoiler made me so happy. Also, remember how I pointed out Antonio Cesaro is now just "Cesaro" according to WWE.com? Well, another superstar has had their name shortened, seemingly. http://www.wwe.com/superstars/big-e Do WWE reckon we're idiots? I don't know why they're dumbing down their performer's names. On a lighter note - if you follow Paul Heyman on Twitter you'll know that his Twitter is mostly just pictures that girls send to him. He just described himself as "Jew Hefner". |

| WWE have been at that for a while (Carlito, Santino and Sheamus being three examples off of the top of my head), but two in a night makes me think that there could be more.
Who else's ring name can we shorten? Roman? The Great? Randy? |

"Wait a minute King, that's the leader of the Yes Movement, Danie- I mean, it's Yes! He's going to hit the Yes Lock on Randy! Yes has the crowd pumped up!" |

| Eddie winning the belt was such a heartwarming moment, shame they didn't give him a stronger title reign. Where are my manners? I forgot to announce the results of the Royal Rumble Entry Number Prediction Game thingy! Masofdas: Jimmy Uso (9), R-Truth (13) and Alberto Del Rio (27) JayMoyles: Cody Rhodes (4), Sheamus (17) and Rey Mysterio (30) The_Jaster: Jack Swagger (7), Kofi Kingston ( and Erick Rowan (25) The Cappuccino Kid: The Miz (18), Luke Harper (22) and JBL (24) Dusty Knackers: Fandango (19), Jey Uso (23), Ryback (26) A quick check on the rules... - Dusty Knackers wrote:

Did Guerrero not confess in his autobiography that he voluntarily asked to lose the championship as he couldn't cope with the pressures that accompanied it? I know that's a simple way of putting it, but it was something along those lines, am I right? Guerrero beating Lesnar was one of my favourite moments in wrestling when I was growing up. One the flip side, I was less gutted that he lost it to JBL, but rather absolutely furious. Obviously I didn't know the backstory at the time, but I thought WWE had lost the plot. Bare in mind that this was also at a time when WWE was broadcasting bollocks like the Concrete Crypt match. I hated that JBL got pushed and won the championship, instead of someone like a heel Booker T, or RVD. I still think he was one of the absolute worst and least deserving. I too wish Guerrero got the strong title reign that Bradshaw eventually received. |

| I remember hearing that Eddie felt guilty for the way things went during his title reign, with TV ratings being down and PPV buyrates being poor, no idea if thats true or not.
JBL winning the belt was a complete shock to me and friends too, this was Bradshaw for God's sake, I hated his title reign so much (and most of what was happening on Smackdown in 2004). By the end of his reign, I did appreciate what WWE did with him, they made him in to credible champion, and I could see how great a character they had created. |

| He looks a lot like a Noel Fielding creation.
I noticed on Raw that Cole had to stop himself when he said "Lan!... Big E!". |

| A passing mention for Nelson Frazier Jr (AKA Mabel, Viscera and Big Daddy V) who died this week. For any criticism people can level at him, he was a solid big man, and from the sounds of the testimonies his former colleagues have given him, he was 'one of the good guys'. |

| Best rolling heel kick and belly-to-belly suplex in the business, for sure. I can't say I liked the whole Men on a Mission and Ministry of Darkness stuff, but I liked his run as Big Daddy V - looked like a legit badass when he was throwing Boogeyman through Matt Striker's blackboard and destorying Tommy Dreamer and the other jobbers on a weekly basis. It's a sad loss at just 43 years old. |

| I can't say my heart didn't sink a bit when Bryan called out HHH for a mania match, wwe has been in a weird situation for a while now that often the matches most are excited for arent the main event which is just wrong in my book & this is set to seemingly continue for mania.
Maybe I'm being overly optimistic here but I think there still a bit of time for the card to change. |

| SmackDown! spoiler: - Spoiler:
Batista turns heel in the opening promo and vows to destroy "all of your heroes" en route to WrestleMania before beating Dolph Ziggler later in the programme.
Heel Vs. Heel for the championship? No chance. Somthing's going to change.
Non-spoiler chat: if change were to take place to the main matches as we currently know them, what would you do and how would you go about it? |

| Bryan vs Triple H happens en-route to Mania as a big main event on a RAW between now and Mania. They gave away CM Punk vs John Cena in that classic last year around this time, it can happen again. The stipulation is that Bryan gets into the main event if he wins - which he does, natch. Triple threat at Mania - Big Dave vs Orton vs Bryan.
HHH can have a match with Jericho/RVD/returning Attitude Era star, and the rest of the card can play out as per.
Note - the above will NEVER happen. |

The wisest thing I thought they could do after seeing Batista's reception and utterly terrible mic work in response to Orton the other day was to turn him heel, might as well make the most of it, if HHH got behind him as "the face" then it's perfect. Orton seems like he could still flip between heel and the face like he was a few months back although putting Bryan in there would definitely be the wisest choice.
From the looks of Cena's injury on Raw it looks like we won't be seeing him against Wyatt so it'll be interesting to see what happens there, I would gladly see the feud with the Shield continuing. |
