| Another addition to the 3DS rhythm-action library of games, and out very soon on the eShop:
http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/47779/harmoknight-release-date-set-for-march-28th/
Well, next week, in fact. This looks right up my alley - will anybody else here be downloading this? |

| You betcha! Especially if they include Pokémon-based "fanservice" levels, as seen in one of the trailers. I love rhythm games. |

| The demo is on my 3DS right now and I've used it once. The sub-Beano presentation will take some getting used to, I fear, and my extreme lack of rhythm lost me the boss fight. Still, I'm going to pick it up come release day! Expect there to be a few more cursewords shot into the skies above the north Midlands this time next week! |

| Ah what, there's a demo. out? Downloading time! (Maybe, unlike the RLegends one, I'll actually give this a go...)
It's a bulky blighter isn't it? Taking a while to load for me.
EDIT: Okay, played the first three levels, and I don't really want to spoil the rest. It feels great (if easy, but tutorial stages), and I want to go through the rest as it should be enjoyed, including the (omitted) story. So I'll stick to MoF for now, and play this on the 28th! If I can put LM2 down, that is... |

| Can't wait for this. Drill Dozer was a wonderful game, so I see no reason why another Game Freak departure won't be just as good. I'd love to see a nod to Jill in the game, if a Pokémon one has made it in there. I'll be downloading the demo over the weekend. |

| Just downloaded the demo and I love it. Really going to be torn next week now with this, Luigi and Lego city being out on the same day |

| Totally loved the demo; I particularly heart the art style's mesh that sits somewhere between Drill Dozer and Pokémon. That rabbit is very Pichu-esque.
Gameplay videos never do these sorts of games justice, so I was very happy to find it plays as well as it does. |

| I've no idea how long this game is, but the eShop price suggests to me that maybe it would've been lengthy enough to warrant a retail release.
That bee reminded me of Vespiquen. <3 |

| I couldn't recommend this more - I played through the Japanese version and found it an utterly charming, compulsively addictive rhythm action platformer with bags of replayability. The way every new world introduces a brand new rhythm-related concept is great, too.
I reviewed it over at Nintendo-Nation if anyone wants to take a gander, please excuse the shameless plug (and yes, I regret handing out that score to it): http://www.nintendo-nation.net/rhythm-hunter-harmoknight-review/ |

| I played the demo last night & it was fun, the bee boss reminded me of space channel 5 for some reason. |

| Nice review, sporky! I read it back when you originally played it. Really itching to play this now, so I'm trying to avoid starting any big games on the run-up to next Thursday. |

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to get a space channel 5 vibe from the bosses, also where you hungry when writing that review? So many snack based analogies. |

| Thanks for the kind words folks. Probably xD, I think the review was going up around the time the snack thread emerged on this here forum. - Balladeer wrote:

I was torn between awarding it an 8 or a 7, should have gone for the 8 really. |

| Aww, innit adorable? The accent of the announcer is bizarre, though - some trans-Atlantic crossover. I've had to restart a few levels already, so it's not without challenge. |

| I've found it pretty easy so far, though I had to restart the Growlord boss over a couple of times because I was playing in a very noisy/distracting environment without headphones.
I'm guessing that fellow hardened Rhythm Tengoku fans will find this much easier by comparison. Enjoying what I've played so far, though I've only just passed the aforementioned boss. |

| The boss levels will keep me going for quite a while, I fear! I beat the first world one through practice and a bit of good old fashioned luck. Anyway, it's a more varied and rounded experience than the demo (of course!) and I've only played through the first world. It all looks lovely, too, apart from those cut-scenes that could have come from a child's colouring book. |

| I quite like the comic book cutscenes. They remind me of a less-stylish Comix Zone.
They're more entertaining than the boring dialogue, at any rate. That Woodwin guy almost put me to sleep.
EDIT
Also: I've just noticed that my copy hasn't registered itself on my purchase history in my Club Nintendo account... |

| Did like the level with the wolves jumping down.
Still got to work on my attack timing though |

| Confirmed that you need a perfect scores on the tedious octopus-dancer hybrid levels to get a GREAT. Also, confirmed that I can't play this game after a few glasses of wine. |

I've only played a couple of levels with Lyra. The aiming reticle seemed to be a little more forgiving than Tempo's golf club whatsit. |
