Yes, smurf, you could have! And then bragged how the awful traffic barely affected your journey home. A 45 minute wait for an hour long bus ride before I even got to the train station. Still, can't argue with 100 hits in a day.

Also, Stu, I will be able to make it to StreetPass Leeds!

That'd be grand. I've had my Wii U since launch and I've yet to play any multiplayer game. I feel like I'm missing out on the best of Nintendo Land, NSMBU, Rayman Legends and particularly this.

That would be amazing! Perhaps we could all put our money into a "GNamer meet up fund" so it's a tad easier to organise?

I'd be behind any kind of meet-up. It's exactly as Cap says - I know I'm not playing Nintendo Land (at the very least) to its full potential at the moment.

I've shifted the posts from the SM3DW thread into this one, as suggested above. (I can move them back or make them their own topic if people want, too. I am the GNamer forum's humble slave.)

On-topic, I definitely don't have the biggest house; I don't have one at all, I just mooch off my parents.  And I don't think they'd be happy if I arranged an "empty".

I have a pretty pokey place up here, so I'd be a no-go too. Definitely sounds like a top idea though!

Whilst I have a house, it's pretty small. I also live with my girlfriend and a cat, who may not be that pleased about a load of gamers dropping in for tea and Nintendo Land.

I've got a reasonably large front room, 2 TVs and I live opposite the train station. Can't see the girlfriend objecting either.

I don't have the biggest flat, but I do live alone and in the centre of a perfect Bermuda's triangle of takeaways.
I'd be well up for this, though, whoever ends up being stupid enough to have us all round. And if its someone else's house, I'll try to lay off the wine...   

I think at the very least we could organise a night/weekend out on the lash with a bit of wireless 3DS gaming in between. Just throwing this out there, but if we did that, how about Newcastle? About three hours away for me, but it's closer for quite a few of the Edinburgh and (maybe) Manchester-based forumites.

I could live with a Newcastle. Train's a bit pricey so I'd need a decent amount of warning. Although hopefully in January I'm getting a car so after that I could drive and potentially give lifts to other Southron types.

Newcastle would be quality if I could know in advance - would be about £20 both ways on the train for me.

It's going to be fairly expensive for me whenever and wherever a meet-up is to go ahead, but I could save money if something was sorted out in advance.

I should probably mention that I'm out of action until nearer the summer, but it shouldn't stop anyone else.

That'd be the case with me too, just to put that out there.

If we leave it until the summer, that should be enough time to make sure a decent percentage of GNamerers can attend. Wnd thats not to prevent smaller meet-ups in the meantime.

I've said this a few times, but I'd be up for a Scotland meet-up anytime. That's something I could do on relatively short notice. Most of us are in the central belt anyway - making our way over to Glasgow for a few games and a night on the slates would be straightforward for just about all of us.
