A Game Everybody Likes?

What about Picross DS and Mario's Picross? Dusty would be ever so upset if they were omitted.

I was going to mention four games that I'd want in, Phillips has just touched on two of them - Pilotwings and Super Punch Out! - the other two are F-Zero and Super Mario Kart. Vote them down, and I will destroy you.

Super Mario Kart is OK with me, F-Zero I haven't really given a fair shot as I couldn't do that stupid large jump so I'll abstain. I will suggest GX though.

I'll throw my support behind GX.

SMK... I've never played it, so I'll remain mum.

I've not decided on Picross DS or Super Mario Picorss yet. I'll think about them. Picross 3D is mince, mind.

F-Zero, Super Mario Kart, all the Punch-Outs, all the Pilotwings games, they're all great, I'll put them in if everyone's cool with that.

Pilotwings and F-Zero, haven't played. Super Punch Out! Hell yeah, great game.

Street Fighter II was slow and boring. MK2 was quicker and I still find it fun today, but I'm not a fan of the other MK's now they've aged not so good but the 2009 reboot was very good. So any yes to Mortal Kombat 2009 reboot. What about any King of the Fighters (I'm on the SNK side of the fence).

SMK would off been yes, FZGX also a yes, Punch Out No, Pilotwings 64 would be a yes.

Not a fan of SNK fighters. I've played a few King of Fighters games and not enjoyed them.

Tekken 3? Now there's a belter.

Yes Tekken 3, Still the best Tekken game ever. King of the Fighters 95 and 99 were great.

Mortal Kombat Reboot gets a big thumbs up from me, it's my favourite 2D fighter

Mortal Kombat reboot is 3D Andy.

How is it 3D? You can walk forwards and backwards on a 2D plane, you can't move forwards and backwards like you can in Tekken or DoA

Still a 3D fighter a 2D fighter is BlazBlue, Guilty Gear or Better Fighters as there known. Just thinking about a 2D Fighter using rayman legeneds engine, drools.

Nah, I'd agree with Andy in this one. 3D fighters to me are Tekken, DOA, Soul Calibur etc.

Tekken 3! Yes! The last Tekken i played actually. I need to get the Wii U one.

3D graphics do not a 3D game make.

I will agree with that, though I still think 2.5d is a silly term.

I haven't played that MK game but I have played Injustice. I love that game but I'm not sure if still love it with all the characters removed.

I suppose though to me 2.5 includes some amount of interaction with the 3D environment (like in injustice where you can bounce off of background objects or something) Mortal Kombat doesn't have that.

I have another suggestion Catherine, if were moving on from MK 2011 did we decide if it's in or not.

Nobody who played it said no yet.

I mostly heard 2.5D back in the PS1 says when it meant side scrolling platformers with polygons.

As much as I love Catherine I think you'll have a hard time making the quota.

We've got Crash Bandicoot on the list but not a single Mario!!!??!
I propose every Mario platformer- SMB, SMB2, SMB3, SMW, SMW2:YI, SM64, SMS, SMG and SMG2- I would give a yes to any one of them, so I'm sure after everyone's taken out their dislikes there should be at least one game left!

SMB2, World, 64, Galaxies are all ready out, I would go yes 3, yoshi island and sunshine.
