What's new (pussycat)?

The only thing that worries me now is potential colour clashes when the mascot is up there. Colour clashes are a gay man's nightmare, don't you know.

That's why I made his jacket match the red & blue part of the logo, or are you talking about Mr Gracklers green-ness?

Nah, I don't have any beef with your mascot at all, I was mainly stating that we have no idea how well they'll gel together until they're actually placed together. Same with anything like this.

Ah I see, I guess that's true...a while back I did have the idea of having the mascot hold the logo but I didn't want to step on any toes of folk creating logos, anyhow looking forward to how it all comes together.

If the mascot is a success, I was wondering if you may be up to the idea of perhaps modding him to fit the season? Christmas Santa paraphernalia, etc...

Pretty basic, but one of those little touches that would compliment the changing taglines nicely.

Shame we missed the opportunity to give him a papal mitre, really.

Or a horse costume. Or if we were being truly tasteless: a Jimmy Savile costume.

Come on, that's taking it a bit far!

Aye the Christmas/holiday thing sounds like a great idea, I gave myself a copy for editing purposes anyway so all I'll need is a heads up to get it in done in a certain time frame.

Things like current events would be difficult though.

Great! The current events thing was just a funny, don't worry about that.

I was mainly thinking of stuff like Easter and St. Patrick's Day and whatnot. Not that the length of time they'd spend on the forum would justify the time spent creating them, so perhaps just Christmas/Halloween ones?

Hoping to add Jas' mascot into the mix over the weekend. Let's just hope that my creaky old copy of Photoshop doesn't blow my new computer up with its ancient ways.

Motion to add Android to that? I love my Galaxy SII and do a fair bit of mobile gaming on it too.

According to the administration page, the mobile version of the site can now be used properly! I seem to have lost the ability to switch back to the mobile site on my phone. Could someone with a posher phone than I check it out? The demonstration phone in the pictures seemed to be an iPhone 3GS.

Just tried the mobile version on my iPad & it appears to work ok, though it's the classic version that I prefer.
