Persona Q

Or: the dungeon-crawling Persona spinoff announced recently.

I originally had little interest in this game, but after finding out that the Etrian Odyssey team over at Atlus are developing it and watching the latest trailers today (where it literally looks like a Persona-themed Etrian Odyssey, complete with similar mechanics and even a first person view in battles) I'm a lot more interested.

Though, like Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey the map drawing and other adventuring-esque aspects are probably out. I'm just hoping whatever new the Persona franchise link can bring to the table manages to compensate for the loss of some things that make Etrian Odyssey so amazing and engaging.
