| Really pleased about this. I've heard plenty of Vita owners raving about the game. Apparently, its packed with lots of Nintendo references too.

| Ah, frickin' sweet! GamesRadar were really championing the PS3/Vita version; it looks like it's going to fill the 2D MetroidVania hole that all the other indies have tried to. |

| Aces! I too have heard Sony gamers raving, and it sounds right up my alley. I'll be picking this up for sure. Arriva! |

| Cracking game - a Metroidvania chock full of references with a great sense of humour. Moving about the map utilising various wrestling moves is a treat. Look forward to this one folks. |

| Great! Given that the only thing I knew about the game was that it was full of Nintendo references, I frowned that it wasn't coming out on a Nintendo console and forgot about it. Now to remember about it! |

| Since this is arriva-ing this week, it's probably time to resurrect the thread from the bottom of the page. As a will-be first-time player, I'm excited! |

| Also a first time player & its nice to see a dev can get their game out globally (almost) on the same day. |

I'm not sorry. |

| Nah, I downloaded it earlier today (Thursday) played it for a few hours & instantly fell in love with it, has a great art style, controls brilliantly & you're a luchador that can piledrive skeletons.....what more do you need?
Also loving all the references (gaming & otherwise) I've noticed so far.
(side note: I did notice a teeny mistake where the option to have the map or game on the gamepad are the wrong way around.) |

| I'm wondering whether that's meant to be displaying what you can change to? Anyway, I do love a good bit of Metroidvania. Just reached the jungle, and am chuffed with it so far. As for the gaming references, they vary from the subtle and quite clever (La Mascara vs. Mega Hombre) to the unimaginative and rubbish (Choozo statues that give you items...). Happier with just the pure mechanics, if I'm honest, which are pretty good. And I'm playing as the lady, but her heaving bosoms are rather off-putting. Gainax has a lot to answer for... |

| I might try the normal version to see what all the fuss is about, as like I've said else where not a huge metroidvania fan but there is a few I really like such as Shadow Complex, Dust for Xbox Live Arcade. |

| It's definitely closer to Shadow Complex than Super Metroid so I'd definitely recommend it based on that.
I ended up picking this up on PS4 because I'd rather pay £3 than full price. I do wonder how well it'll sell on Wii U between the cheap upgrade on PS3 (because it was given away on PS+ so almost everyone has it) and being free on Games for Gold. |
