| Peace Walker is a brilliant game but I'm not sure how good it is on a handheld. Obviously it was built for it but I can't work out how it would play well without the second analogue stick. |

| Hmm see in Drunka's review he thought it would of been better played on a handheld due to being mission based, so do mission on your train journey then save. |

| Oh yeah the mission structure is perfect for it, but you wouldn't be able to walk and shoot without the horrific auto aim. There's also the fact I don't think I'd be having half the fun playing it single player to consider. If you're a big enough fan of Metal Gear I'd say get it, I'd personally recommend a console version is all, but I know that's not an option to you. |

| I was thinking it would have been on 3DS, where I played Snake Easter with the second stick. Is there not a vita version with twin sticks? |

| They never remade it for Vita so it's just the PSP original. You can assign the second stick to something but it has to be something that was actually on the PSP (normally the d-pad). |

| MGSV:PP 22 minute gameplay demo from gamescom, I skipped most of it myself to the 17min point as online is talked about. |

What was the run down on the online stuff? (can't be arsed to watch because of spoilers) (side note: gameplay videos this long are starting to bug me) |

| Hence why I skipped a head a jas with this as I didn't want to see any cutscenes. Basically shoes your big boss going to another mother base and basically in MP you can go to other bases and take there stuff etc. |

| That sounds cool. It's getting weirder and weirder that Peace walker wasn't just a numbered Metal Gear. This seems like a really direct sequel.
I think there's supposed to be a new version on Metal Gear online as well? I might be chatting shite. |

| How the guy demoing it was talking sounds like world invasion/well base invasion.
Didn't Kojima originally plan on peace walker being numbered. But guess due to it being on a handheld it wasn't. I've not heard anything about a proper online mode like in number 4.
Still would like a date by now, not just rumours of march. As kojima said he will announce when ps4 has decent numbers, surely 10m+ any more between now & when launchs. |

| Hopefully it has some other purpose to it other than taking peoples weapons/items, I'd also like to see a co-op or Vs mode in there in some form even though I know that's not essential for a MGS game but when I'd run about mad and mess with the AI in ground zeroes I couldn't help but think it'd be amazing to do that with friends. |

| Well I've not played peace walker but the ground zeroes preorder comes with the mother base bonus stuff for it and a lot of the plot seems to be about building up your mother base, hence why you would go steal from other bases. |

| So June 22 2015 might be the date for phantom pain as to quote IGN about it
The T-shirt looked to bear the words "tjugoandra den sjätte", which is Swedish for "twenty-second and sixth". I you remember, Kojima teased The Phantom Pain by creating a fake Swedish development studio called Moby Dick Studios. With Kojima fairly notorious for tricking his fans and revealing things by hiding them in plain sight. |

100% The plot and, it appears, the gameplay follows on directly from Peace Walker. You pretty much have to put that game on the same level as the numbered MGS games. |

| Gotta say I'm happy about that then, PW is my favourite of the 2.5 game I've played in the series. Really need to crack on with this series before June then... |

I'm glad we are getting MG online included in phantom pain & it looks brilliant from the video shown at the recent game awards. |

I don't know what games of the series you own but this set, is rather good. There is cheaper options but I think Special Mission is a code, so could problems downloading if you were to buy a American version of this. |

| 1 of course hasn't had the HD treatment and Twin Snakes unless you've got is expensive.
But two should be fine as it's now in HD etc So from look stand point can't see any issues there as it's the best MG game there is to play. |

| You've got longer to catch up then June Andy
As IGN put up the announcement video early which has the date of September 1st 2015.
Also Kojima has said this raps up the metal gear saga to him but is likely to continue in some fashion. |

| Looks like Kojima will be giving me a quality birthday present I might try and play through the others as well. Andy, I'd even recommend playing through MGS. I played it for the first time last year and it holds up excellently. I literally played the whole game in one sitting. (I also did the same for both MSX games but I can't really recommend those). |
