Jokes aside, does anyone else feel a little dirty having a cute young baby pokemon swearing?
I oscillate between "this is wrong" and "this is funny because it's wrong".
I've yet to see any .gifs showing Rowlet doing the head thing from The Exorcist. I feel like this is a missed opportunity.

I'd say I was pretty desensitised to swearing, but something does seem wrong about Rowlet doing so, maybe Litten should've sworn, he's definitely a twat.

You know who looks like he's got a potty-mouth? Electrode. I bet he loves the C word.

Electrode is basically this chap with face paint:
Also Andy makes a good point, however Litten can't do the head-turn thing.

On the contrary it misses the point of cats. They're too high class and arrogant to use swear words, and Litten is definitely based on that good old arrogant house cat trope, it's why he's the best starter!
Scrafty and its evo are probably a good shout for Pokemon that probably swear like a sailor tbh

More new Pokémon revealed!
Threef does have a bit of the Magnetons about it, and I could see Fullenglish being a genuine Bug/Food type. But my favourite is Beeeeee.

I wouldn't put Egg past the Pokémon Company, to be honest. It'd be both lazy and conflicting with the situations when you actually have an egg on you.

*insert comment about bad sportsmanship here* That was a terrific knockout, unfortunately you can't catch a KO'd pokémon.

Awwww those are cute - although thinking about first-evolution Pokémon as babies honestly sent me down a very weird philosophical and emotionally uncomfortable path.

In total agreement!
DIGRESSION ALERT: Or, given the rise of the Old Magazine Chat thread, In TOTAL! agreement.
I'd put off playing through it for a long time because I'd used my Master Ball on Kyogre and knew there were two big post-game 'mon (including one I'd never owned! ) to nab... but they both fell into Pokéballs relatively easily. The second one took three Ultra Balls. My favourite bit?
Alpha Sapphire/Omega Ruby post-game:
Dude went into space on the back of an ancient and mythical Rayquaza, destroyed a meteoroid that was going to kick the region's - if not the planet's - ass, caught an alien Pokémon that was hiding in the meteoroid, made it back home without being hurt in any way... and your parents are talking about dinner.

Meanwhile the BBC latches onto the Pokémon bandwagon to inform us about weird animals. Which is a good enough use for it. They get "abilities" completely wrong though, and Qwilfish already has the puffer fish thing sewn up.

As mentioned in the comments, a lot of these imitation monsters remind me of the beasties out of Yo-Kai Watch.

I see that nobody's linked to this mock advert yet. Absolute tear-jerker.
Less so this - displays mimic Pokémon from S&M:

So we've had some pseudo-legendaries getting Mega Evolutions - Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross etc. But what would gen. 1's equivalent Mega Stone be called? I reckon that's the reason it doesn't have one.

Dragonitium? Dragonitic? Dragite? All seem like possibilites but I actually quite like the idea of the dragoniteite stone.

You know what I'd like to see in future Pokémon games? Growlithes, or indeed Houndours, that you can get in different dog breed forms. Would love a dachshund Houndour, trying ineffectually to be terrifying.
