We where talking last night about a new fighter for us to play in 2018, Tekken 7 was banded around and could be cheap but this is the line up in 2018 at the moment:

Few take my fancy both DBZ and DFFNT in Jan, SF30th for the price for all those games but I feel we would play one of them online and not the rest, all the just 2018 games peak my interest.

I was chatting with Jay about Pocket Rumble a little while ago; folks were very up for it but it just fell off the radar. Strange. Glad it's still coming out.

I don't know if it is as Nintendo still have it down as 2017 and we've heard nothing ut I hope we do see it.

Also seems to be some rumours of DOA6

I forget PR exists until anyone mentions it! It looks like fun though.

I wish I wasn't as into the SNK game as I am. It looks pretty.

I also love the look of DBFZ but I know I'll never be able to give it the attention it would need.

I'm happy the title has been updated from 'Gal Fighters'. I would struggle to take a 'Gal Fighter' seriously, but a 'Heroine'... that's easier on the ears, eyes and soul. And I'm a few steps further down the interest ladder compared to yer man Drunka on DBFZ, in that I rate that it would be almost impossible to get me into it.

Don't big on Dragon Ball, Zero? As I do this DBFZ coming to Switch.

Yeah I think with most fighters now Drunka it's about the online multiplayer and I'm hoping Jay picks up DBFZ and we can tempted Andy but I've been asking be Tekken 7 as if those two have that I cam be tempted the other way.

Not a Dragon Ball man, no. Now if it were Ranma 1/2, then we'd be talking.

Also, first red flag against SNK Heroines here. Risqué costumes will remain in the Western releases, basically. My question: why the risqué costumes in the first place?

What do any of us think the point of this game is?
There are going to be very few games that cross the tags "female empowerment" and "mai shiranui"...

I've never been one for Dragon Ball, Zero but the quality of the game it could be based on anything, it would tempted me. Why BlazBlue Cross-Tag is slightly more appealing now even with the DLC fiasco.

The problem with SNK Heroines is in Japan those costume are fine and when it comes to west then you have two options you release the same and you get that's rather risqué or censor it and you have the lot going whys it censored.

I understand the censorship argument but if it turns out to be like Senran Kagura I will turn on it like Ryan Giggs on a sixpence.

It's not censorship if a private corporation/individual chooses to alter their product for a different region.

This is the big problem though isn't it. For all the wonderful things about Japan, its record on stuff like respecting women is awful. That's why we're sending Drunka over there, on a one-person feminist crusade. He'll sort things out.

I know it's not censorship, just the people who would be upset about it would say it's censorship but like Balla says we all agree with Muss (maybe not someone if I remember rightly about Fire Emblem).

Let's just say I'll be keeping a very close eye on what our lovely forumites think about TWEWY on Switch...

In actual fighters chat, I've dabbled a bit with Tekken 7. Honestly, one of the most impressive things about the game to me so far is the history vault packed full of old cutscenes and concept art from previous Tekken games. I've not seen anything like that before in a fighter - makes me regret my purchase of SFV even more now!

Did you play DBZ BETA, Jay? And are you getting it? As I could be tempted by Tekken 7 if more then just me and you pick it up.

I never got around to playing the beta, but it'll be one I'll pick up eventually. It won't be at launch though as I'll be well into MHW at that point.
