Fair point, they were all grey back then and I'm still not quite sure who thought that was a good idea.

Maybe it was the cheapest way to manufacture consoles at that time? Plus a lot of tech was that colour (although black was still creeping in) (although, thinking about it, other tech was more silver than grey... perhaps grey is the closest to silver that can be done in plastic?).

I am sort not pitching to you guys like Drunka says but I value your opinions on it and all we can do is give it a go and see what happens.

It be sort of similar GNamer Videos Games type deal which is mainly focused on Nintendo but switch it with PlayStation and slightly less casual I would say also I will be actively putting it out there which some of the viewers (if we get any) may checkout Gintendo and in-turn checkout GNamer but who knows.

The avg view count I've got for videos with me on camera is about 60 (500+ for my last video about a Dreamcast game) that if we got close to that then would be great.

I had a video with about 50K views which I took down a few years back because I cringed (and still cringe) every time I thought about it. It was a protest video about the fact Nintendo released Super Smash Bros. Brawl in the US before here and it had some awful Zelda metal cover playing over some stock Windows Movie Maker text. Awful.

Phenomenal.

I don't know if any of you watched, Jay said he would but none of you posted any replies in the Pod of War thread (31 views in the thread though).

The video on YT has had 30 views which is good for one of our podcasts on YT and from the feedback I have had is that the chat is good, but shame the video was well no existent.

I'm not sure when EP2 will be done but seems to be worth doing but may just be chat instead of us trying to film it.

I've not watched yet but will do over the weekend.

Is there a turn-based RPG which breaks the fourth wall to the extent that you end up fighting in, say, the pause menu?  Or the inventory screen?  

If not, there should be.

Good thinking! I've occasionally thought that if you get sucked into a random battle on a staircase or over a bridge, you should fight the staircase/bridge.

I'd love a game like that - a game that pokes fun at RPG conventions. Why should that dragon sit there waiting whilst you fish around in your pocket for a potion? I mean, Final Fantasy tried it in a way with the ATB system, but it's not the same by any means.

Basically Paper Mario right?

We're starting to see a lot of games toying with concepts of what it means to be a game, messing with the tropes and conventions. I would always encourage more.
