I imagine I'll be submitting a tagline tonight.

Would like to apologise to all forumites: for around five hours today's tagline ended with the 'words' 'Votey McVofeface'. Now corrected. Apologies for any and all stress caused.

I don't know how many people started XC2 on here in the end, but I'd like to suggest 'THINK YOU CAN GNAME ME!?'  Possibly after Jay's/Drunka's started playing it. It's the new 'Now it's Reyn time!'

Looking back at the great year the Switch has just had:

Here's a fun story. I had a bears calendar for all of last year, which was amazing. We can do a Dark Souls tagline month, sure - after we've done a Mario one, a Zelda one, a Xenoblade one, a Kirby one, an Ace Attorney one, an F-Zero one, a bloody MonHun one, and one for every other big franchise this forum's been closer to for most of its lifetime. I think that's only fair.

And indeed I was merely making a humble request of our dear adminny chaps, which I hope they'll consider in their mercy.

Pretty sure we've done a fair few Nintendo only themed related taglines for a month before, I remember Pokemon being one I had to see and have the majority of them go right over my head. Will it really be that bad?

The Pokémon one is the only one I can find, and it's a big Ninty franchise that all of us have played at least once, so (being serious for a mo) I would question why DS is the second franchise to be awarded one?  Especially as Nintendonly gamers will only start to get some of the taglines when it releases, which is after most of the month's already gone (it's on the 25th).

If we're going to make it a regular thing for the big franchises then fair enough, although having the second one based on a post at least part designed to irk me is It's not like I object to Souls taglines in general, I suggested a couple myself!

Whether Nintendonly (which is pretty much you and Zero on here) folk end up liking it or not I think it's worth celebrating because it's a game that many see as a classic & it's finally coming to a Nintendo system.

I agree with Jas more as I do think we can have other big series that aren't only Nintendo. Jas is right to point out that it is really only you Balla and Zero are Nintendonly, which is really no different to Jas with the Pokemon as it's all a choice / preference.

Should it be Dark Souls that I'm not sure about as I'm more inclined to say something like Monster Hunter with the upcoming game which a bunch of us will be picking up, we have the podcast and it still has a Nintendo connection if that really bothers you along with other forum stuff around it.
