EGX 2016: Day Zero(Jones)

I made article last year for everyone, so why not this. My first Gintendo piece is up there would be some photos but the combination of my old laptop and the hotels Wi-Fi which I'm getting 2 bars out of 5 by the time one I've taken loads EGX 2016 will be over.

There is a comment section on the site but might be better here if were going into general chat and I go Star Fox: Zero sucks (I've not played yet).

Your mission before sunday:
find fun, interesting indie stuff without queues
Find out which has the longest queues between dark souls 3 and Starfox 0
Find the quickest route from the entrance to that game

What's the atmosphere like so far? Enjoying it? I'll read your article at work tomorrow.

Dark Souls III isn't at EGX which makes Star Fox the game to go also if you arrive Saturday afternoon and get your wristband on Sunday we can just walk in at 10am without queueing and head straight to Nintendo.

Yeah it's good but I reckon today will be better as the indie guys will talk about there game.

Read your article Mas, sounds like an awesome day. I'm glad to hear that the Ratchet and Clank reimagining is shaping up to be something special. I love that series, and it looks like it's going to be impressive on PS4. I'm interested to hear how Star Fox plays!

Well jel, as the young'uns say! Very keen on getting my hands on SF0 and Rive... did they give you any hint of a firm release date for either? *forlorn hope* *puppy dog eyes*

I think Rive might be Jan the demo I played was a dev build on a laptop and some bit's was basic assets like a block or text put hack box here. But was still fun to play, I think you will like SteamWorld Heist zero if you liked something like Code Name STEAM but this is 2D.

That's alright we can explore the indies on Sunday. Besides SF0, they're what I'm most interested in. Everything else I'll be playing by year end anyway!

Don't suppose you saw Transformers: Devastation anywhere?

I'm surprised you liked XCX since the base combat looks exactly the same as the first game.

It is the same but it just clicked more with a gun then a sword as the characters keeps firing and reloads whilst you make your choice out of the arts.

Day Three is up where I meet Shu and play the future, Day Four is coming but Drunka will be adding top #Bantz to that and there will even be a podcast which we make the bold prediction that the NX is a double hybrid.

I don't know if anyone else is going from here but in 18 Days time I will be at EGX for the 3rd year in a row.

I will likely last year do my diary of the 3 Day's, I am there but is there anything you guys want me to checkout the list so far is here.

Battlezone

I might be going - I think I already have a ticket technically, but my mate who I'd go with hasn't been well recently, and might not be up to the trip - I couldn't possibly go if he wasn't able to.
