| I think it felt quieter because the world has grown beyond shouty men and shooting games, there's a lot more going on in the world and neither conference revealed much we didn't know about already.

| Honestly I feel the conference wasn't unique enough. This is the third year running where it's basically been the same thing, MS show off their copy-paste offerings, Sony show off some good looking games, and Nintendo don't really show up at all.
The conferences have become homogeneous and bland. Gone are the days where, for better or for worse, each conference felt unique and interesting. We all remember the old ones, some have left us with glorious memes still valid to this day (giant enemy crabs!), and others were just iconic moments of gaming (Twilight Princess reveal). |

| Did you watch Ubisoft? That was classic E3 madness from beginning to end. I thought this was a really strong year for E3 - but I'm unsurprised to see you naysayers complaining There might not have been any real "wow" surprise reveals as there have been in some years previously, but really you can't expect The Last Guardian and Shenmue 3 to be surprise revealed every year! There are tons of games from E3 I am super hyped for - to be honest Grow Up was enough of a surprise announcement for me! |

| Ubisoft were the only ones for me that had me excited, I loved Nintendo showing off Zelda and all but that wasn't classic E3 for me, more hype for just one game. Ubisoft though did well to show off some surprises as well as demonstrating what they had gameplay wise really well, great showing. Everything else was a bit meh, EA always struggle to appeal to me anyway and the emphasis on VR and remasters from everyone else bored me, also don't care for Sony's approach of "this game you all wanted is coming at some point in the next 5 years, you happy now?". |

Only one remaster was shown between all the press conferences I think Sony's approach is the long game buy goinf if you buy a PS4 you'll have these and more to come through out it's life where Microsoft was very much this is what's now and doesn't seem to show the long plan. |

I liked E3 this year - Sony's conference did the job of making me happy to have my PS4, and my hype levels are through the roof for Breath of the Wild. E3 did a lot to get me really excited about gaming again, so I think it did its job. |

| Okay two remasters out of all the press conferences, and I wouldn't say Crash Remaster was the biggest news story of E3 and not even from Sony's conference either. |

| It's the news story most seemed to be talking about or leading with. |

| Not in the places I saw coverage
It barely had 30 seconds during the conference, it was far from a lead announcement for Sony. |

| And Crash 1-3 are still great games and if the old issues like D-Pad only to control along with a polish that's far better then someone making a Crash 4 which isn't very good. I also think people want the old games as well, as we've some to a point in time where the kids with PS1 want to go back to there old games again but with modern tweaks, |

| Inside is a solid puzzle platformer that is massively overhyped/priced. |

| As you are still saying it's solid and knowing you it more then likely is something I would think is worth the 10's. The price did put me off a little but I have paid more for less time in a game but if it is decent then price shouldn't really matter to a degree. |

| It's fun, but it's not deep, I've seen a lot of chatter about how it makes you think, but it doesn't. It's pretty cut and dry if you ask me. In a time in games where we've had really headscratchers like The Witness and interesting deep stories like Her Story & Everybodys Gone to the Rapture, it isn't all that special, it's just polished. |
