Yeah I can too, though when I mentioned 'broad appeal' I was mainly thinking in terms of character action games versus JRPG's rather than sales. As if you plonk Bayo 3 and Triangle strategy in front of a more casual player they'd likely go for Bayo 3 most of the time.

I honestly think more people'll buy Project Triangle Strategy, for better or for worse. I hope they all do well, natch (I'll probably only buy Rune Factory 5).

I can see Mas' logic, but I'd probably only buy Bayo of those three so I hope he's wrong!
If I'm right it's April would it really make a difference seeing how long ago it was announced instead of March, for anyone?

Well, no . . . to be honest, I'd probably prefer the extra month to polish off other stuff.

28th of October, makes sense close to Halloween and gives Nintendo like a game a month
Also a mode for Balla

I am pretty damn excited to have some Bayonetta to play over Halloween weekend!
Anyone who plays the new mode is a CUCK though.

Aye this is looking superb! Also I was thinking earlier "oh Bayo 2 wasn't out that long ago...." so I look it up as a reminder and it was bloody 8 years ago!

I think this gap is actually longer than 1 and 2, right?

Wow, way longer then! I guess the difference was that nobody was sure we'd get B2, whereas B3 felt somewhat inevitable

I have played a few hours of this! I really like it but it does feel like a different beast to the first two. I think it's got a lot of Astral Chain DNA in it, but I think it's a lot more accessible. It's just got much more of a sci-fi vibe rather than a fantastical one, and controlling Infernal Demons is not dissimilar to controlling the things you controlled in Astral Chain fights (I can't remember what they're called!). It's also completely ridiculous and camp as Christmas, which is lovely.

The big announcement from Nintendo at TGA
Excited for something different in Bayo Multiverse, and gives me a Nintendo thing upto about May in 2023.

Not really convinced by that at all but who knows maybe it will surprise some of us.

It's more likely to get me interested than the main series Bayo games, but her voice actress already annoys me. Neutral feelings at the moment.

When the first Bayonetta came out, I never expected it to turn into a series. I'm intrigued by this but Cereza seems a little bit wet, and part of the fun of the games is how ludicrously confident Bayo is. But it's a different beast so I guess we'll see.

For a weak child character who must be protected in an action game, Cereza has always been surprisingly un-annoying, so I'm willing to see this through.
Overall though each new Bayonetta game steps further from the godhood of the first.
