| The 1st gen is hard to beat but I must admit I do like gen 6, had I had a bit longer with them I might have voted differently. |

To my intense surprise, I think that gen. VI tops my list. Granted, there's Chespin and Quilladin who are both awful, but Chesnaught's pretty well-designed and I like the other two lines as well. Of course, the more you hate humanoid Pokémon, the less you'll like the sixth-generation final evolutions. I only like the first stage of the Gen VI starters. They get progressively worse as they evolve. Froakie's line is okay, but that's about it. Yeah, that's pretty much how I feel. Ear-hair fox is just weird, and Buzz Lightyear needs to go back to PIXAR presentations. In other news: I bought this game yesterday. I blame you all. Especially you. |

| Hooray to Stu! You'll probably have gotten further than I have by the end of next week. The next Gym appears to be around the corner, for which I am thankful, but I still haven't fallen for it like I have with the other games. |

| This is the first 3DS game where I'm actively considering playing with 3D off. Is the battle framerate in 3D really as shite as everyone says it is? |

| Yes! If I can spot the difference - and I never look for that kind of thing - it's bad. The 3D doesn't add an awful lot anyway, in my opinion. |

| Thanks! That's pretty baffling for a major second-party 3DS release, but we all know it's going to be one of the key selling points of Pokémon Z Version. |

| I really don't think it's that bad. Stutters every once in a while but because it's that infrequent it stands out when it does happen. |

| In the end I went with the 4th.
Now currently breeding and training a new team for a tournament I've entered where it has to be all base level Pokemon. No Pokemon evolutions or Pokemon that don't evolve are allowed which makes it interesting |

| Seems that way yeah.
So far for it I have decided to use Munchlax, Honedge, Evee, Shinx, they are a sure thing, Squirtle and Torchic as my final 2 are iffy at the moment |

| Got my tournament soon as-well which I can win a Gold Ticket to some Nintendo Event in London, and at the moment there's only about 9 going so I think I standard a change but got a feeling Marti (from ONM Online) might be the one to beat if she's playing depends if she allowed see she's running it. |

| Progress report? OK! Finally managed to get to the town with the second Gym in it - Silage, is it? Something like that. I'm going to train up the relevant Pokémon for a little while first, as there's bound to be around 30 new Pokémon to pick up in nearby routes. |

| Pahaha, superb.
Hey guys, what type do we all have each other under in the Friend Safari? I don't have my 3DS to hand right now, but earlier I caught a Chansey in my Gwyn safari. It was holding a Lucky Punch. Thanks Gwyn! And if I remember rightly, shanks is psychic type for me. I caught a Xatu in there with Magic Bounce, its (brilliant) hidden ability. |

| On another topic altogether (I've never used the FS, so I wouldn't know), I really like the Champion's music (Champion identity spoiler in video), despite how rubbish they are. |

What, your own? You can't, can you? I just meant other forumites' types as they appear in your game. - Balladeer wrote:

I literally said that in a post on the last page that you even replied to. Are you drunk? Drunk as a lord? |

| Right now a gale wings Fletchling is trying my patience by not being born. I have several females with all five of the relevant ivs bred, but they all had Big Pecks. I'm hoping when I resume breeding shortly I'll have my gale wings soon, after trying this monster of a bird out I absolutely have to have one on my team. After a swords dance priority brave bird just rips things to shreds. Some of the things I've had one on pokemon online one shot include a Dragonite at full hp and a Garchomp at full hp. It dies as fast a mayfly but I am loving this power! And now I've hatched a shiny Fletchling instead! My first shiny in X and Y!

| I spent ages on this yesterday simply fannying around. Wonder Trades, Pokémon-Amie, casually training my Frogadier and Fletchling up, hunting a Pikachu; culminating in about twenty minutes simply zooming up and down the high street of the first town with the rollerblades. I think Animal Crossing is having a negative effect on my gaming time. This is the first time I've felt genuinely distracted from the 'main quest' in a Pokémon game. |

| I really like all the distractions, especially the clothing part. I've finally gotten into the Boutique in Lumiose and gosh is it fancy. I'm also starting to get the impression the Kalos region is based on some sort of European country, I just can't put my finger on which one... |
