killzone was the only thing shown with someone on stage with a pad and people have slowed it down etc and found graphic imperfections meaning that it was quite likely to be real gameplay. i think wiiu will be fine with people still bring games to the ps3 and 360 those will also come to wiiu you would think (watch dogs for instance) but once they dry up on those then will be the probelm but hopefully wiiu will have a bigger install base bye then and publish want ot bring games to wiiu aswell but only probelm will be people like me with both im going to get the better looking bells and whsitle version on ps4 over my wiiu unless the gamepad stuff is good to warrent buying on it.

I'm still concerned about their online restrictions myself.  I know they've said that games can be traded in and suchlike, but I'm still unsure if the Playstation 4 is also going to allow single player aspects of games to be played offline with no checks regardless, and all of that.  Any sort of tying to the internet is a deal breaker for me, I can accept that for a personal computer but I will never accept it for a home console.

I was just a bit underwhelmed. It lacked the exclusives to excite me over the One as after Killzone 3 I'm not sure if I trust Killzone again yet (even though it did look quite Crysis like) and as much as I loved inFamous and it's sequel it didn't need another one.

Are you mad it just looks more like prototype than infamous?

The only game that makes me want a ps4 is Tom clancy's The division so I'll wait until that is out.

Sorry have said if a publisher does do drm it's only on the online component,  so not sure with a game like destiny which is always going to be a game would think is online really.  As sony still sees games as a product not a service unlike Microsoft.

I can't say I thought it looked very prototype like myself, not that I'd mind as I liked 2 when I got past 1 and its roughness.

My PS4 is preordered, I've got the GAME exclusive bundle which is the console, killzone shadowful special edition, driveclub or is it clubdrive (can never remember which way) special edition and 30day's of PSN for ? yep i don't no price yet lol. Also preordered an extra pad and knack.

But Driveclub is coming with PS+ XD Why would you buy it?

I'll pick one of these up eventually -- as usual it'll depend on third party support, which should pick up in a year or so -- but right now there's nothing on the software side of things to convince me to preorder one right now (Xbox One has better exclusive software, and more from Japan as it stands so far).

That goes for both PS4 and Xbox One, though I might end up being an earlier adopter of the latter if the non-games stuff impresses (apps and the like) me as they reveal that closer to launch. Open up app development to everyone at BUILD, Microsoft!

My local GAME recently had a Ubi rep in showing watch dogs and black flag running on a PC built to PS4 specs and using a PS4 controller. Ibbsters from twitter went and looked, he wasn't allowed near the controller but GAME staff did use it apparently its really light (boo) and quite small (boo) compared to what they were expecting. Ibbster thought both games looked good and better then current but not i need a PS4 or Next Gen good, so hes cancelled and getting watch dogs & black flag on Wii U. GAME staff were more enthusiastic but still not overly convinced. Whilst I was in there I preordered Watch Dog's, COD: Ghost's, Battlefield 4 and FIFA 14 to go along with my PS4 Bundle of Killzone Shadowfall, Drive/Club (whatever way around) and Knack and a extra controller. The nice lady was shocked how much I've got preordered but i am the guy whom bought 9 (if you count downloads) games day one for Wii U. I doubt i will get all of what I've preordered more likely be console, killzone, watch dogs, fifa and knack and making do with the watered down version of drive/club .

Just buying game's I would normally get, like fifa but instead of buying in september on ps3. I'll wait to PS4 version, only game's I can think of I've not got preordered is black flag, final fantasy 14, of the top of my head and the stupid camera.

'Launch window' lineup's pretty disappointing. Who knows how many of the games are out at launch? And out of the retail games (i.e. the ones the masses only care about), over a third are published by EA.

Oddly for a Sony platform, there's not a single game developed or published from Japan (bar Knack). Hm.

Either way it's pretty disappointing exclusive wise. The only game that really bothers me is inFamous.

Yup, which means I can happily wait until The Division is out in latter half of 2014.

I would either wait or get a 1 but the gf appears to be a bigger fangirl then I realised so I wont have to wait!

Launch Window is good, Killzone is looking great and Knack should be decent. Is Infamous launch window it's 3 months after launch but I know how long these windows are now.
