From the preamble, I got the feeling he was trying to excite us, even if his explicitly stated goal was to show all Wii U games coming up. In any case, the latter is a useful resource to have, but I'd rather watch the former if it exists!

So a friend and I have not been having a great evening. Failsafe way to make things better?

Videogame bosses in a boy band. I don't know why this is a thing - I'm just glad it is.

That was surprisingly decent! Sephiroth seems like he belongs in a boy band to be honest - it's a perfect fit!

I think more than anything else, I just want Ganondorf to wear glasses. I've always thought of Ganondorf as the intellectual among Nintendo's villains, compared to the thuggish Bowser and the more crazed, semi-intelligent Ridley. This is never a view that the games have actually supported, apart from somewhat in WW, but it's something I'd like to see worked on.

Subspace Emissary touched upon this too in a way, didn't it? Ganon was the mastermind and Bowser and Wario were his muscle.

This is amazing - someone's trying to make a full length Starfox animation done in the style of Adult Swim/late 70s animation. He's really nailing it. Here are a couple of clips so far:

Whoah, that's weird. I think I like it, in that it seems to be a bit classy, but also spoofy.

I don't know if I would've had Holly Hunter being the voice of Fox though

Oh, it's definitely weird! Most Adult Swim content is though, and I think this is meant to be following that style.

I don't get the Dolmio adverts - it's like they used puppets because they assumed actual Italians weren't real. There'll be a CGI reboot soon.

This is technically a link to a channel, but I'd really recommend Ahoy's YouTube Channel. Ignoring his earlier things about videogame gun tests, he does a great job of documenting the history of a many games and genres.

I will try to remember that name next time I fancy some #gaming #content and none of my subscriptions have anything new. The guys at Cool Ghosts, the bests guys in the biz, just started Ghost Truck which, while barely about games at all, was super entertaining. I'm hoping for much more.
